[SUGGESTION]Disallow the player who took the VIP to get in Plane/Heli + Increase VIP's reward

Oftenly i see crimminals and cops getting the vip with a heli/plane and taking it to DropPlace. It reduces too much the opportunity to other side steal the VIP (I would say almost impossible since crash a shamal/heli with other shamal/heli is very hard). Disallow the player who got the vip to get in a plane/heli would force him to use a car/bike to take the vip to DropPlace so it would give more fun and activity to the gameplay.

Once this suggestion being accepted would be more hard to drop the vip so thats why it could be increased to 50k.

Better suggestion would be to disallow getting inside interiors with the vip as It bugs it

@MrSolrac true lmao, we've seen samuel and spanish getting on interiors or going straight to sea just to bug the VIP after they get killed
