Server lag is back and worse than before

Said issue that can be seen in the topic above seems to be back. The server has been having lag spikes in the past few days (mostly at peak hours/noticeably more at peak hours) and it's beyond unplayable. I am sure others can testify. @Brophy pls fix.

I blame Samuel being fat and using too many resources to load

@Rake this is nothing to do with our game mode, our server has been under attack during peak hours for the last few days.
