[FEATURE] VIP stats

Since VIP is one fo the most common activities of this server, I would like to suggest adding some stats between Cops and Criminals performances. In monthly reports, there can be a percentage of how many times the VIP has been succesfully rescued from cops or how many times he escaped with criminals. Also, player's individual stats can be counted so the most active criminal and cop in the VIP drops could win something.

@petrow Yes that's the first think you have in mind but the second thought is.... "can we add more challenges to this server so the players will have more fun and other's will come back from inactivity...?"
