[FEATURE] - Automatic Inactivity requests

there are a lot of inactive properyties and to find them fast it should be automatic to claim them so u only have to find some.

it should work like this:

1. You have to find a inactive properity with /seen [Username] ...
2. You write /claimprop [Adress]

and if he is not inactive u get this Message (or like it) : This user logged-in in the last 30 Days.

if you did already claim 2 props : You already reached your max claims per week.

if it did Work : You secsessfully claimed [Adress]

We had this and removed it in favour of SAHA - archiving.
