Why do you need this change? Because we will open new squad

Seems that someone sorted this already and forgot to remove your old donation vehicles. I removed them already.

Only thing that is left to be sorted is the SWAT tank. Please choose another different place than DIA's base (it's not a mapped base yet so it doesn't really count as a base yet). You can place the SWAT tank at some PD (Police Department). Choose 1.

Later on when DIA levels up and gets a mapped base you can make a new reward change and request the SWAT tank to be moved to DIA's base.
