So this Akmed has diabetes, He was suffering from the sudden loss of consciousness He even submitted a request to move him from the place until the administration refused the request due to the lack of a similar person. We were on our morning shift with Medic in training Spanish when we got a dispatch call from JohnnySpanish, It appears as someone was spot trying to commit suicide on the bridge of SF. We quickly got our gear and cars and began rushing to the scene as quickly as possible, when we got there what we saw wasn't pleasant at all, the victim that was trying to commit suicide looked in bad shape, we told him he was too young to do it and he should think things through, he said he had recently ate a bat and created the disease called COVID-19 and couldn't live with what he had done, we told him it's wasn't his fault and it's human to make mistakes, even though we were in danger of contracting COVID-19 ourselves, we risked our life and got closer to him trying to avoid him from committing suicide, he finally stepped down and said he wasn't going to do it anymore, after talking for some minutes, we decided it was best to put him into quarantine, we got him into the ambulance and rushed to the best facility we have. We arrived and he went to enjoy nature while I was looking for climbing instruments, when he arrived, he was passed out on the ground, luckily he woke up in a short time, although he was still bleeding a little, he told me that he tried to climb without anything and he I fell on a stone and took him to the hospital and heal him, in the end I ended up learning new rescue and blessing techniques.
