Roleplay #79
Personal Roleplay #???
Participants: Me, @Frost, @Juby, @DJO, ~[@TheRealSteven , @Soul, @MarksMan]~(#00666b) ~[as Helvete]~(#00666b)
Description:
A quiet night. The phone rings, it is from the Jefferson branch. They're low on staff and there have been patients with periodic fever and lung irritation which isn't dying down. The facility also lacks any skilled personnel. The chief and the head of air division fly there immediately and reach the premises.

Upon entering the hospital, they hear echoes of loud non-stop coughing. Rushing inside they find 3 patients lying in adjacent beds in the ward, the middle one is the woman who seems to be in the worst shape, while the men to her sides seem somewhat better, coughing non-stop none the less

The Jefferson SAM Paramedics are clueless, this is the first time a common cough/cold/flu has been this persistent. However it seems no different from the common flu except some extensive inflammation in the lungs. The patients are all having trouble breathing and therefore are provided proper medication to ease them.

The female patient who seemed to be struggling the most had an animal bite, from what the paramedics said it was from a bat, thought to be rabid at first but then disproved later, what was interesting was that the 2 other people were brought in for minor fractures from the nearby construction site but also seemed to show the same fever/cough overtime.

To find out if they were infected with some undiscovered parasite causing the fever, blood samples were taken and examined. After the chief went through each molecule of the sample he was able to find the cause, the pathogen behind it all was part of the Coronavirinae family.

However, what was most confusing was the fact that these viruses were not supposed to affect humans. However it did not take the Chief to connect dots such blatant as those. The viruses evolved and now were able to affect humans now. Given the transmission from the female patient to the male patients, it was highly contagious, but this was not the troublesome fact.

Humanity had no way to prevent themselves from this virus totally.

And then, did all the personnel realize that their carelessness had led to their doom. They all were potential carriers of the virus now.

To be continued.

Roleplay #79
Personal Roleplay #???????
Participants: Me, @Legend , @Pazoo, @Griffin , @Hash , @Juby , @LAPD_Spanish_VEN, ~[@Toolbox]~(red) and Homeland Security.

Description:
Homeland Security blocked the Los Santos - > Las Venturas Highway and had each passerby checked by San Andreas Medics to be potential carriers of the COVID-19.

While Homeland Security deployed an extensive barricade on the road, San Andreas Medics were equipped with temporary booths to check the patients and/or to admit them in case of necessity.

All personnel were well equipped with hazard equipment to prevent spread of the virus. Soon they had their first case who was immediately transferred to Jefferson Hospital for treatment.

Overall 6 cases were detected and were prohibiting from entering Las Venturas. The lives of many citizens have been spared by this effort.

Roleplay #80
Personal Roleplay #???
Participants: @FTH @King
Description: Twenty-sixth of march an ordinary day for medics, me and my fellow Paramedic King were patrolling around San Andreas and while we drove through the expanses of Red County, we saw a truck that crashed in the county sign. We drove closer to it and we saw an agent FTH who slowly got out of the last forces from the truck. After getting closer to him, we asked what the situation was and he replied that he lost control of the truck crashed in the sign and that he got hit in his leg and that it hurts him. Paramedic King asked him about more details while i went into the ambulance for the first-aid kit. After Paramedic King rewound the patient's leg, the doctor gave him a temporary pill that relieves his pain. We loaded the patient on a portable bed, moved him in the ambulance and took him to the nearest hospital. After our arrival at the hospital, we moved him out of the ambulance inside the hospital to the examination room, where we carefully examinated his leg. Paramedic King stood and monitored the condition of the patient while i did an x-ray of his leg. After examing the final results of the x-ray we found out the leg was broken and after a little talk with the main doctor, we have came to a conclusion to bandage the leg and to have the patient rest in the hospital for a few days then to determine whether the patient can go home yet or not.
