Description:
It was a warm sunday evening, I was patrolling around the suburbs of Red County when my EMT pager received a notification, it seemed to be from the outskirts of Los Santos, the coordinates were not very far away, immediately steering to the victim, I sped through the traffic, my siren blaring through what lay ahead and reached the spot. It seemed to be a road accident. I saw a pink colored truck smashed against a large metal pole. The driver was on the ground and unconscious, he must have hit his head and fallen out of the truck. I immediately started applying CPR to the person, after a few attempts he came back to consciousness and I receded the CPR, carefully pulling him and hoisting him across his truck I examined his wounds, he had his left leg sustain a minor fracture and a twisted right knee. I applied bandages and immobilized the leg. After a while the trucker came to his senses and I slowly lead him to the back of the ambulance. After he was inside I sped over to Jefferson hospital so he could gain further treatment

Description:
Due to a recent outbreak of criminal sightings in Bone County, I was receiving a lot of notifications about my requirements and was speeding on the spot when I heard a loud crash behind me. I turned around and drove to the crash point. I observed a damaged racing car, a severely injured racer leaning across his vehicle and taking short shallow breaths to exist. This was a matter of life or death. Immediately rushing to the point I examined the situation, he had broken his right arm, shattered his right knee and had a large fragment of the bridge beam which he had collided into run inside his chest. I removed the fragment, sterilized and bandaged the wound to prevent it from getting septic and then worked on the limbs, bandaged them, immobilized them and slowly hoisted up the racer. He told me that he heard a loud pop and the next thing was him getting thrown towards the bridge beam, I looked around the car and discovered the cause, a nail which had flattened the tire and at a great speed caused disbalance resulting in the car crash. After leaning onto me and a combined effort which consisted of almost an hour I was able to shove the racer into the back of my ambulance after doing so I got in and sped towards Las Venturas Hospitals with my sirens warning anyone lying in my path. I reached Las Venturas Hospital safely and departed with the racer as he would undergo further treatment.

Description:
After grabbing my makeshift lunch from a local Hotdog Seller, I was patrolling the Kings district in San Fierro when my EMT Pager picked up an Emergency call, without wasting time I rushed to the spot to find a severely injured mechanic stained with blood toppled over and almost not breathing, I quickly examined the wounds to find that guns were involved, the mechanic was very badly shot at his vitals and then left to die. He was totally unconscious and his skin was pale and cold. I started with CPR to strengthen the heartbeat and bandaged as many wounds as I could to reduce the massive bleeding that was occuring. After thirty minutes of selfless devotive first aid I could get the medic on his feet, I carefully placed him into the back of my ambulance and sped towards San Fierro Hospital. It was the winter break and almost all staff had gone on vacations, the whole facility was deserted, I brought the injured mechanic into the Intensive Care Unit and started operating him, I injected him with anesthesia and grabbing a neat scalpel, started the surgery in which I removed, one by one each bullet that I could locate from his body using the X-Rays, I would constantly check his heartbeats, blood pressure, organ status and X-Rays. After nothing but what seemed like hours of the noises of my instruments echoing throughout the empty halls, I managed to finally stabilize the mechanic. After he had stabilized I equipped my provided Infrared Goggles and examined the body for any more danger marks which were none to be found. After a few hours of rest the mechanic regained consciousness, according to him he was called to work on a car but when he reached the spot he was ambushed, looted, shot and his truck was stolen by two individuals. After hearing this, I stepped out of the ICU and phoned a friend of mine who worked in the Special Weapons and Tactics Division of San Andreas, his codename was Element. Element arrived at the spot, saw the victim and made a few notes then assured me that he would look into the matter and soon thereafter he left. After the mechanic stabilized further I shifted him to the general ward but I still kept a close watch on him. After three days, he was ready enough to walk so he paid my bills and left the hospital by a cab.
