Add "Sort list by Wntd level" in K panel

Personally I don't care for distance, but I do care for wanted levels.

So I suggest adding another checkbox for sorting list by wanted levels.

@Quality press in Wntd so K panel will organise the list by level of stars "high to low or opposite"
