Khal1kulov's sniper crosshairs

Hello everyone! Ill show you mods that will change the crosshair of your sniper rifle and other weapons! You will need it for this:

Then you can choose the look you want here:
https://gta-live.my1.ru/photo/crosshair/crosshair_for_sniper_rifle/3

Then open TXD workshop. Follow these steps

Grand Theft Auto - San Andreas\models\gta3.img

and import your crosshair!
Other weapons you can change it:

Whenever I try to import the new crosshair I get this error:

I don't know why this is happening. It could be because I've GTA SA on Steam, but I'm not sure. If you know how to deal with this please reply.

If zkill's reply doesn't resolve it, try using an img editor such as img editor 2.0. Thats what I use 90% of the time I install mods.

I've done this while MTA is closed. I've also tried to use the IMG tool but whenever I try to extract the sniper.txd file this happens.

Google searches said it's due to the files being read-only, so the img editor/txd workshop doesn't have edit permissions there. Can you verify if thats the case?
