Unfairly, The marker-kill is allowed in the jail. But the Marker-arrest is not allowed.
My suggestion is to,

marker arrest is only not allowed during BR / PBR i believe, but i'll say no don't disallow, what if there's a very big JB and there's like 10-15cop, including official squads/police team, it'll be hard for cops to stop the Jail.
