You may only exchange in-game money for these services. You may only agree on a price for services in the topic itself for transparency purposes. If you are designing signatures, make sure they conform to signature guidelines as stated here: Those found to be breaching these rules will be banned from using this service. Rules may be amended at any time, so please keep an eye on this topic.
