How long you have been playing SAES: Since 2012, been inactive on and off over the years.
Qualities you can offer: I believe I am a dedicated person when I need to be, I have experience on the server and have literally grown up playing it, offering me insight of how to deal with and help those younger than 18 and new members in general. As I know when youre younger you tend to do stupid things (Like I did). Other qualities I can offer include: creating a less toxic environment for members on the server by spicing it up with sarcasm and banter ( I like to believe these are traits Ive internalised through being British ) I also have excellent communication skills and can utilise this when offering help to others.
Your weaknesses: Some of my weaknesses include: Being a bit too sarcastic, for example it ends up being interpreted the wrong way or deemed as an insult. Also I struggle understanding some peoples English just because it is my first language so I may read it wrong or not completely understand the question/problem raised. Another major weakness of mine, is the mighty Lorch and his wise words.

Reason for application: I think playing on this server as Ive grown up and coming back to it recently after maturing I realise how much of a meme I was in the past (Not saying that Im not still a meme) But Ive finished school got my qualifications etc and started a job giving me insight into the real world, and I think this is something essential to understand in order to help others (basically you see the bigger picture) and you know how to treat people with respect and empathy. I believe at this current time I would be an asset to the server due to my experience and involvement with the community in the past and present. Ive experienced my fun days and think its time to get a little more serious, sharing my vast experience and knowledge of the server but obviously making sure its still fun for those new and old.

Additional information: My name is Ethan, Ive probably spoken to you back when I was younger and on the teamspeak server, Ive had some funny times with a lot of people and wish to carry on doing so. I guess you want to know a bit more about me though, Ive just finished my A levels back in June 2019 (This is the qualification you can get or BTECs before applying to University for those who dont know) and got ACC (Media studies, computer science and psychology) however I wasnt looking to get any university debt so I decided to get an apprenticeship in Digital marketing and wish to pursue this career to eventually create my own ecommerce business. Im not your stereotypical pc gamer to be honest, I am a very social able person which Im sure you noticed when I was 14, I go to the pub, clubbing etc and just like to have a good time and I just hope Ill have the opportunity to share my knowledge and be able to entertain others.
