Account reset

I just got a problem after coming back to saes
I took a break for about a year and found that my account got a hard reset
All my bank , cars , in game hours and stats got reset.
I don't have any other accounts only this one

I just found that i forgot the username and password

We do not 'reset' accounts on the server unless they have been used to to abuse or exploit bugs.
