Sorted everything.

Removed 1 "Kart" and 1 "Caddy".

Added instead 2 "Comets" with police sirens at the same location (SWAT's base in LS) owned by and locked to "justpro123". Use the command "/dvm" (without the " ") in-game to add more usernames (if you wish) to your donation vehicles.
