[QoL] Replace unclimbable boxing ring with a climbable one

Please put it on github, but describe the issue better than saying it isn't climbable. I'm fairly sure i've seen boxers on both of those rings?

boxing(lagxing) is useless laggers win all the time + there is a glitch that appears and one of the 2 boxers that for example are 1v1ing will get a huge advantage by this bug

Having spoke to devs and mappers this is the outcome.

While a stairs could be added, you still couldnt use the ring properly and the ring cannot be lowered because it is part of the interior and not a unique object within it - apparently.

Unless someone from the community can do it, this wont be done now.
