Make sure you're added to donator spawn ingame and have spawned as one before and reconnected (aka have the crown next to your nickname in player list), and all upgrades in modshop for your donation vehicles will be available for free, and yes indeed v8 and awd are saved to your vehicles once they're installed through a modshop.Any further questions, feel free to PM an admin.
