I would like to suggest this improvement, that is easy to implement, because I often see truckers and delivery man crossing small roads or streets when they will have to use highways or secondary roads.
The idea would be to add the eco-tax to limit the passage of these trucks and large vehicles in areas with high activity.
In this idea, I simply suggest the use of actual speed cameras to identify a polluting vehicle (Vehicle ID) and charge the eco-tax accordingly.
And it does not matter the role of the player, each polluting or too large civil vehicle should pay this tax.
Obviously, as a player, you know that the passage of truckers or heavy vehicles, for example around the LS prison, can cause performance reductions and accidents between players.
