You can use /dvm command ingame to add more people to your vehicles.
You can take your vehicles to modshop and upgrade them with v8 and awd etc, but make sure you spawn as Los Santos --> Donator and reconnect before so the upgrades will be free for you.

You can only request an interior as a donation reward to the houses which are owned by you, therefore you need to choose another property.
