also when random carrespawn comes, should g6/lws cars not get respawn, it gets buggy + some events rip

@Cornelius that's the suggestion, even tho you can't quite understand it. Goddamn it, bart's english is awesome.

But yha, I've complained about this a few times, never bother posting a suggestion / bug tracker (if I recall properly) tho. The issue started a bit after LWS / G6 had the /hostevent panel since people would leave their vehicles spawned at the 2nd dimension, mainly at G6 area, and then someone had the brilliant idea to extend the car respawn script to all (or just the 2nd [since it's the main dimension if you wanna host some event where you need to spawn a vehicle]) dimensions.

yea because when it respawn in event,it's totally a mess!!, but i dont think that it will be fixed any time.
