Buff the Supra's (Jester) height

I don't really know if this is possible but probably is. Could we make the height of the Jester a bit taller since currently when you drive over a little bump, your car can literally go flying and flip around which is quite annoying because you might be in pursuit or just in the middle of nowhere.

Shouldn't be made really tall as the Supra is supposed to be low but to the point where it can go over bumps without an issue.

accepting this, in the future please keep such quality of life suggestions to github. doesn't mean we'll add them, but there's really no sensible reason for having people vote on this type of change.
