It does not have any ethnic restrictions. The members of UE mostly consists of politicians and businessmen. The organization started with 3 soldiers who were tired of life but then they decided to get rich but by being criminals. They started by doing small jobs and then made it big time. The members of UE continued with the gang after the three first members were no more till the present.What binds you with Underground Empire: First of all i play as a criminal and i want to learn more. When i started hanging some members already started to teach me new things. I also really enjoyed to turf with UE. I do not know a lot of people in UE but i want to change that.What do you know about organized crime: This is the part where I struggled the most.
