The founders decided to get rich so they started by police and politicians corruption and criminal activities after all the disasters that happened to John Dixon, Edward McFarlane, and Judah Davis. After it's creation UE endured some wars between 1907-1974, they lost 55% of their members also 40% of their properties were destroyed and some of the resting members got arrested then Dino Zee met few old underground empire members in the prison.
