Modifying other people's cars removed.

Hello, so it's come up to me this idea since my car wheels were changed like 3 times already and it's really annoying since u cant turn them back to the default ones. It's kinda annoying we all got agree, so can we have this implemented? thanks, or just add the commands for every1 to reset their cars upgrades.

Use "remove all upgrades" removes all mods (not engine or handling mods)
