Greetings gents. The L.W.S. HQ team has decided it's time to OPEN our recruitment.

As always, the recruitment process prioritizes the applicant’s effort, dedication, building skills, focus, creativity, and overall suitability for the role. Business as usual!

Alongside the basic application format which is posted below will be a shortlist of 'x' number of applicants. These shortlisted applicants will then be tested by L.W.S. HQ.

Be advised our recruitment application process will end on August 18th, during this time, you may edit your application.

NOTE:

The LWS HQ team reserves the right to deny or remove any applicant from the application process at any time.

This can happen for many reasons, and LWS HQ will not have to explain their reasoning to applicants should this happen.

Here's some examples of why your application may be removed/denied:

If you are caught plagiarizing another applicant's app, or event links you will automatically be removed from the application process.

Overall behavior and suitability for the spawn, it's access and features. General attitude towards community will be an important factor.

L.W.S Former Members are not required to open an event topic.
 

Those who want to apply must:

Have been playing on the server for over a year or more.

We will focus on in-game activity for the last months.

Minimal reports the last 6 months.

Be mature and responsible enough to take on the role.

Have done a minimum of 30 to 80 events through the course of 2024 - 2025. <- We take this a lot into consideration.

About us!

Lighting World Sports is an exclusive, restricted and unique group gifted of certain powers (abilities) to host events and help other players of the community with their own. We can be hired to hold events or we might just hold ours for fun. The main goal of L.W.S Members is to help the players with their events or create their own.

The spawns should only be used when they are helping with events or hosting their own. The special ability is to kick players out of the events. They should be careful when using it, one missed shot and they can send an innocent player to nowhere for quite a long time, they swore to only use it when it's really necessary. They are also able to heal the players, create a temporary spawn and repair vehicles. This should only be used in the events.

The LWS Headquarter is located at North East Las Venturas. New base was mapped and structed by L.W.S HQ and L.W.S Members. The main purpose was to make a building based on our role but also a high quality structure for our members and community. Below you will see some details.

Lightning World Sports story line:

The LWS Headquarter is located at the Blue Lagoon Casino in Las Venturas, we have our own parking lot, airport and base interior. At the parking lot LWS have many vehicles such as Ambulances, Sultans, NRG's and RC vehicles so they can travel to the events comfy. At the airport they have helicopters and a Shamal so you they fly to the events faster than going by feet or land vehicle. We have an interior at the Blue Lagoon Casino (our base) since v.1.2.2, there you find the perfect place for meetings, and they can also host events inside the two custom interiors.

Staff Members:

They are the probationary members, they know how it is like to be LWS, all the stress and preparation for the events but they have less responsibilities, special abilities and objects to build. They got access to a pistol and a basic constructions panel, they can either host events or help the players but their main goal is to be successful and efficient. Their probationary period takes up to two months and they can either stay or not, it's up to them.

Trusted Members:

They are the regular members, they can host events and continue on what they were doing while wannabe, they can also wear the [LWS] tags at end of their nickname during the events (optional). They got access to a country rifle so they can kick players at a certain distance. Their main goal is to help the players and the wannabes.

High Ranked Members:

They can host bigger events and give orders / plans to the regular and trusted members. They lost their pistol but they got a M4 instead. Their main goal is to help the players in both, outside and inside, LWS.

Hi,

As you may know, we're allowed to take 15% of the prize money in one event, that's the costs of hiring us and our services. You can use the formula:

F.e.:

How much is 15% of 500.000 $?
Answer: 15/100 x 500.000 = 0,15 x 500 = 75.000 $.

Don't worry! Most of us are doing it for free / for the pleasure of helping you but in any case, you must be aware of this rule!
