2003 - Where It Began

It all started on a quiet night in Los Santos, 2003. I was up against my worst rival. The name doesn't matter, but the car—oh, the car. A Toyota Supra MkIV, pushing 800 horsepower with a twin-turbo system. It felt impossible. Here I was, driving a Mazda RX-7 with just 350 horsepower. But I couldn't lose. If I lost, I’d lose my car, my reputation—everything. I wasn’t known as a loser. I'd been winning races for years. But there I was, facing a car with a bigger nitrous system than my engine, over double the horsepower, and a driver with a reputation of his own. What could I do? The clock was ticking. The lines were sprayed, the police radio was secured, the roads were closed, and the countdown began. He was counting down from five, but it felt like fifty. I lost myself in the moment. Then, I heard it: “1, GO.” I floored the gas pedal as hard as I could. Ten seconds in, and he was already half a mile ahead. I was done. I could feel it. I’d lost before I even had a chance. When I crossed the line, there he was, standing with his crew, celebrating. I came in twenty seconds later. I was embarrassed. I was defeated. My car was gone. My reputation was gone.

2005 - Two Years Later

Two years had passed since that race, but I couldn’t shake it. I hadn’t driven a car since. I lost everything—friends, respect, my passion for racing. The only friend left was a guy whose name doesn’t matter. He was an old racer, too, though not as successful as I once was. We spent our days drifting through dead-end jobs and criminal activities, just trying to survive. After months of being stuck in the same cycle, we made a decision. Cars had always been in our blood since we were kids. We knew we couldn’t walk away from this lifestyle forever. It was time to make a comeback.

2006 - The V8

The decision we made was mostly talk, dreams, and failures. But finally, at the beginning of 2006, we found a broken V8 engine for a ridiculously low price. We couldn’t resist. We bought it, hoping for the best. When we checked it, it was a mess. Half the pistons were broken, the turbo was ruined, and it looked like a lost cause. But after six months of hard work and countless hours, we transformed it. We added a twin-turbo system with an intercooler, new pistons, a nitrous system, and a lot more. The engine was pushing 600 horsepower—still not a car, but a powerful engine ready to be put into a chassis.

2008 - The Car

It took a lot of work, but by 2008, we finally had something to show for all our effort. The chassis was an eighth-generation Nissan Skyline, also known as the Elegy. After a few tweaks and adjustments, we managed to bench it at 680 horsepower—more than we had expected. We painted it in a custom neon green—a color that would become the iconic shade for our crew. Hours of tuning, testing, and fine-tuning, and finally, it was ready to hit the streets. We raced, we won, and we made good money. With each victory, our reputation grew. We were unstoppable. For a long time, we never lost.

2010 - The Rival

Two years had passed, and things were going great. Sure, we lost a few races, but we won the big ones. But then, he showed up—the same rival from 2003. He had the same car, but this time, it wasn’t a Supra with 800 horsepower. It was a beast—a 1000 horsepower V10 engine. It was massive. The engine didn’t even fit under the hood properly, but somehow, it worked. When he revved the engine, it sounded like thunder. I couldn’t let this go. We had to race. Our Skyline was no longer just an RX-7 rebuild; it was now pushing 840 horsepower, with a massive nitrous system in the trunk. I knew his tricks, and this time, I wasn’t going to let history repeat itself. The countdown started. “3, 2, 1, GO!” I pressed the gas, and just like before, I heard his engine scream as he shot ahead. But this time, it was different. I wasn’t that far behind. I kept my cool and pushed harder through the corners, my turns were cleaner. I pulled right alongside him, just inches apart. I shifted gears, hit the nitrous, and powered ahead. I crossed the finish line first. That race was the turning point. Since then, the Skyline became a relic in the garage, a symbol of our rise. We started a new crew of racers, racing in the dead of night, pushing boundaries, racing for money, cars, and pride. We didn't lose anymore. Not ever.

MI6 was founded by Sir Ranger back in 2010. The constant rise in criminal activities started to make SA streets quite dangerous. SAPD started to lack the power to cope with gangs around San Andreas. Major reason for that was corrupt cops inside the academy. So even before conducting an operation, the operation blueprints were leaked outside, which resulted in gangs being notified. In 2010, the Ministry of Defence saw the need for an intelligence agency and decided to create it. Sir Ranger, whom was an espionage expert inside the SAPD, was given this task. Since that day, MI6 carried out and assisted many operations against human trafficking, corruption, drug trafficking, and terrorism for many years in San Andreas, which made it one of the best squads on the server. However agency and it's operations got shutdown last year due to inner problems. Now it's back again.

The organization's mission is simple, MI6 keeps an eye on the gangs and organizations taking action in San Andreas, collecting information about them to prevent their illegal activities. MI6 collects intelligence both overseas and in the country. This process is done in a secret way. After the intelligence is collected, it gets forwarded to either security forces or MI6's task force in order to get the required action taken.

Rule 1: Do not arrest below 10 stars.

Rule 2: Always try to RP before arresting anyone; you should use the binds.

Rule 3: You may only kill if you are in a bad situation and you cannot arrest the criminal.

Rule 4: Always obey the orders and respect the higher levels. Failing to do so will result in a punishment. We have a strict chain of command in this squad.

Rule 5: We are a team, so move and act like a team, always protect and defend your teammates against others in every way.

Rule 6: You are not supposed to arrest at the hospital unless you are being DMed.

Rule 7: You are not supposed to patrol with stars; always ask a teammate or other cops to offer you a bribe

Rule 8: Any information about this squad is classified; do not share it with others.

Rule 9: Do not patrol as a prison warden.

But one mission went wrong. Orders were betrayed. A flawless operation turned into a massacre. The very command that sent them in left them to die, abandoning them in the depths of enemy territory. Yet, they didn’t fall. They didn’t break. They adapted. They survived the impossible not as soldiers, but as something far more dangerous. They became ghosts in the system, living proof that the military’s deepest secrets could no longer be trusted.

Survival wasn’t enough. Vengeance became their creed. By the time law enforcement reacted, 19 officers were dead, 42 hostages lost, and critical evidence had vanished. The mayor called it the city’s darkest day. The public demanded justice. Chapter I – Black Directive: Genesis of Vanguard

In the aftermath, a hidden protocol was activated: BLACK DIRECTIVE 13-7 — the formation of a Tier-1 Rapid Engagement Unit. CripZ~ Level 2 application

CripZ was managed by Assasin and they were dealing with little works. On his own at best could they do some store robbery and drug delivery. The business was something restricted to some neighbourhoods and hidden activity. The leadership of CripZ was taken by Assasins cousin, Zaza. CripZ shortly managed to increase their respect among other gangs in Los Santos, mostly because of their fame of being dangerous and fearless. Just then, huge wars started between Leader of Cripz and leader of Bloodz, Marwin. That district wars continued nearly one year. Both sides got great losses. In the end, CripZ managed to make a final assault on Bloodz's resistance to result with the death of their leader. The fights for the power and CripZ's pressure put an end to the gang. After that, all drug smuggling and criminal activities passed into the hands of CripZ.

After the death of Marwin all city cops started to move to get rid of what was left of both gangs after the huge wars that surprised the city. The pursuit lasted for 2 months. Final decision by SAPD was arresting Zaza and his leadership team to force the gang to disssapear or merge into internal wars. In the meantime Zaza escaped to Turkey to stay with his brother known as Duff.

In Turkey, Zaza learned some useful things from local mafias and about great scale business. During the stay in Turkey they followed San Andreas news and discovered SAPD considered CripZ as dissapeared and no longer put in force methods to aprehend their members. Duff and Zaza moved to Los Santos as soon as possible to take advantage of this situation since they were considered dead and no longer prosecuted by the police. They were not so strong as in the past as most of them were dead, in other countries or jailed. Remaining CripZ members started to make some little work stuff when the brothers were back from Turkey. They started to smuggle drugs. But whenever they start to drug delivery,trucks were attacked by bikers.

During up and downs of the gang and external and internal fights the gang dissapeared several times, or remained composed by a couple of neighbourhoods which were still up to fight. These neighbourhoods managed to keep the gang alive or hidden while the situation cooled down or it was a good time to take back what was CripZ's territories. Nowadays, CripZ's leaders have been in several countries around the world, working closely with foreign mafias where they learned a new kind of business, the moonshine smuggling, which seemed pretty profitable in San Andreas.

Obviously an illegal production is much more profitable to avoid the taxes, even if you have to bribe a couple of highway patrols, it will smoothly make a regular cash. CripZ keeps their stronger business in Los Santos, but managed to create small communities of cooperators around San Andreas to produce and deliever the moonshine. We get a flat raided? Doesn't mind, we still have lots of them .CripZ's stronger support nowadays are poor neighborhood boys who search for a living and eventually get recruited in the gang's lines easily and for a poor payment. Certain areas of Los Santos are actual fortresses. Now CripZ hopes to keep growing and counts on foreign help with planes that import the material for the business landing here and there and small delieveries here and there. Hopefully, as always, what started as a small deal, will end in the return of the control of Los Santos by CripZ's soldiers.

Moonshine business :

With the profits made with the drug business, CripZ was able to create an alcohol industry. Alcohol is distributed to friendly and neutral gangs in big quantities through independent shippers like truckers under threat and the gang resources. The alcohol is produced in San Andreas, with a decentralized system. The production areas can be found in old abandoned factories, undercover business and several flats and houses in CripZ territory. Those production areas which aren't within the limits of the CripZ's territories are used as hidden business for the distribution of the alcohol in a legal appearance.
The agricultural products required for the alcohol making can be found in Flint County farms, where farmers get a good profit for their harvest and gladly cooperate with the gang. When the production in Flint County isn't large enough, the resources may enter legally through Los Santos docks or illegally through small airplanes which land on lonely areas coming from other countries. The products coming from Flint County come in a totally legal way, those who come through the docks often require bribings and the airplane smuggling is done totally against the laws.

The legal transport is done in a fast way. The transport of the illegal products to the production area is done through bribing of local departments to avoid highway patrols or through fake load papers provided by the mafias which get a profit with other CripZ's activities. Sometimes the risk is taken, and truckers are sent with illegal loads, but the price of the alcohol is risen.

At the production areas the agriculture products are transformed in the required alcohol and bottled. These bottles may receive fake labels of famous alcohol brands that easily go through the checkpoints or be transported in the same way as agricultural products, with the help of bribes and fake papers.Alcohol is delievered safely and prize is variable depending on the money used for the transport, which is often very small compared with the huge profit obtained with the selling of the product.

Vehicular distribution by standard modification of branded vehicles:

The majority of vehicular theft around SA are carried out by us. We externally ship vehicles, parts and illegally modified bespoke engines, tailored to meet the exact requirements through job production. Disassembly of common branded vehicles are performed for recreation of our own vehicles, in which has superseded the automotive industry, rendering our vehicles to be distributed at the highest price on the black market. Smuggling these vehicles globally to become renowned throughout all prestigious gangs is our goal.

Primarily, our main contract resides in the legal partnership with the renowned party Cuban Liberation Organisation. We have our own garage which serves a specific purpose and service to each and every organisation that we sell to. In exchange, we have been met with an agreement in order to be provided with security and weaponry, whilst manufacturing mechanical parts.

Whilst vehicular manufacturing is our primary concern, carjacking is widely carried out throughout San Andreas. They are then taken to private garages, these are either sold on very quickly or have been re-modified to make the car discrete. We have contracts with the licensing agency to provide alternate registered license plates. We are also in the habit of providing security vans, made to sustain military grade weaponry and explosives. These are provided to organisations that can do as they please.

Drug Trafficking:

CripZ was already doing little security, transportation and sometimes being the middleman in a drug deal.But they wanted to do more than that over time. After gaining a big profit from moonshine and illegal vehicles. They were looking to expand the gang income because CripZ was a developing gang and its expenses were too big. So they sent their scouts around San Andreas to get information about the drug thing. The scouts were reporting that drug business can be really interesting and profitable if the managing person can play the right cards. CripZ had to expand its self if they wanted to have respect all around the San Andreas. So they started by buying little amounts of drugs from local dealers and dealing them at other places while other respected members set up a factory to produce drugs and find a safe way to transport the drugs without the police noticing.

Early Life

Luca Santucci was born in Italy, Napoli. He was the only child in the family. His parents struggled to make a living. As Luca grew older, he witnessed the economic difficulties in the family, so he started working at an early age in a restaurant. He worked there until his 20s. By the time he was 23, He had already lost both his parents. The only inheritance left to him by his parents were debts taken from a loan shark.

The Struggle

Luca was visited in his house, being informed about the debts by a man who worked for the loan shark. Luca was given a week to completely pay the debts otherwise he was told that the consequences must be endured. Luca was liked by his boss because of how disciplined he was, more importantly because of his loyalty. A day after learning about the debts, He immediately consulted with his boss about the situation. His boss was associated with a family, known as Pellegrino's. They were known for their legitimate businesses, but there were rumors about them controlling the police and having an illegitimate side underground. Luca was told by his boss not to worry about the debts anymore, not sharing any detail about them though. Luca was curious and wanted to talk to the loan shark, but on the way he was shocked to see the place was burned down. He paid a visit to his boss at his house and realized what he was involved in.

Awaking

Luca was informed about everything by his boss, he was wanted to work for Pellegrino's. Luca was confused, couldn't know whether to accept the request or refuse and face the consequences. He felt like not having other choice but take the offer. Even though they knew his loyalty was solid, they kept him in legitimate side of business for sometime, then he was allowed to be officially part of the family.

Development

Luca was good at everything. While working in legitimate side of business, he was completing his tasks without arousing suspicion, just like how they wanted. After he was involved with illegitimate side, he also could behave without arousing suspicion. There would be a task and Luca would handle without any problem. He was liked by the commission. He was an exemplary person for other soldiers. They knew he was capable of leading after saving few tasks from bad situations, so his efforts were rewarded with being promoted to Capo. With that promotion, he was also a candidate to be part of the commission. Being a capo allows him to have his own crew and lead his people. He would be appreciated and liked very much by the people he was responsible with.

War

Everything was going well for the Pellegrino's family, both legitimate and illegitimate. Capo's were making tons of money for the Boss, they still had control of police. They were getting stronger and stronger. There were only 1 family that could compete with Pellegrino's, it was Allegro's. Compared to Pellegrino's, they had more political power and could hurt Pellegrino's legitimate businesses very badly. Which they did after some time, knowing Pellegrino's were getting stronger so they had to make a move on them, this is how the long war began. Things were normal for Pellegrino's until Allegro's started damaging Pellegrino's local businesses, warehouses and such. That made Mr. Lorenzo, head of the Pellegrino's gone brutal and start a bloody war. In the streets, things were bad for Pellegrino's. He knew what he put himself into and after unending attacks on his mansions, he wanted all of his Capo's and their soldiers around him. Luca was commanding his soldiers very nicely during this war period. He managed to stop Allegro's attacks on mansions and kept Mr. Lorenzo safe. Allegro's were attacking, Pellegrino's were defending. Mr. Lorenzo knew he had to make a move otherwise he knew luck wouldn't be on his side but against at some point.

Settling

Most of Allegro's important businesses were in U.S. Mr. Lorenzo sent Luca and his soldiers there and planned an attack with all one's might. The day had come, Pellegrino's were preparing an attack in Italy and U.S. with the aim of wiping Allegro's at once. The plan went smoothly. In 1 day, Allegrino's soldiers and their leaders were killed both in US and Italy. Allegro's businesses were destroyed and taken over. In U.S. it was decided for Luca to stay there, take control of Allegro's businesses and move on with his own crew, until an unknown period of time.

The mob doesn't limit itself, it's capable of doing everything illegally that can bring money to the boss. Robberies, assassinations, drug trafficking and such. Legally, as the mob have taken over most of the car shops in San Andreas, they want to be known associated with that only, for now.

San Andreas, a sprawling state where chaos often reigns supreme, is a land where heroes are forged in the fires of danger. Amidst the rolling deserts, bustling cities, and shadowy underworlds, a squad emerged to become a symbol of precision and resilience: Special Operations Crocodilo (SPC).

Special Operations Crocodilo (SPC) was born out of necessity. The year was 2024, and the police forces were overwhelmed. Organized crime syndicates like the "Los Santos Vagos" and the "Varrios Los Aztecas" were escalating their turf wars, leaving civilians caught in the crossfire. The San Andreas government recognized the need for a specialized task force that could operate beyond the scope of conventional law enforcement.

SPC's guiding principle would be rooted in balance: Order through law, justice with mercy.

"Formation" The team was assembled from the best operatives in San Andreas:

Simens "Pasha" Bravey: A close-quarters combat expert and martial artist. He could neutralize a threat faster than most people could draw a gun.

David "JasonBourne" Webb: The squad's heavy gunner and vehicle expert, capable of turning any car into a weaponized tank.

Operations SPC quickly gained notoriety for their high-risk, high-reward missions. Operating from a fortified base in the San Andreas Los Santos, their assignments ranged from hostage rescues to dismantling drug labs. Despite their small size, their unconventional tactics and teamwork made them a force to be reckoned with.

One of their most famous missions, "Operation Fangstorm," saw SPC infiltrating a heavily guarded cartel compound in the forests of Whetstone. Disguised as a rival gang, they planted surveillance devices, gathered evidence, and escaped with minimal casualties, leading to the arrest of 12 cartel members.

Their actions were always measured: force was applied when necessary, but the team prioritized minimizing harm and ensuring justice was upheld.

Special Operations Crocodilo is a specialized police squad operating within Los Santos, dedicated to upholding law and order with precision and professionalism. Comprised of highly trained officers, SPC embodies the values of discipline, teamwork, and strategic excellence, ensuring the safety of the community and the enforcement of justice in high-risk scenarios.

1992

Castle, Felix, LilRab and Bas knew each other since they born, all 3 of them were 10 years old back then. They were from the poor side of Los Santos, they earned their money by pickpocketing.

1998

Castle, Bas, LilRab and Felix were riding choppers and robbing little shops to earn their money, they promised each other not to sell drugs. They didn't let anyone sell that in ther hood neither. Sons of Anarchy -the dominant MC of the times- heard about these 4, SoA crossed their way off and forced them to wear "support" patches which means they work for Sons of Anarcy. Felix said they would never work under someone else's command and they rode away, it meant war and they all knew it.

2001

They were in a war with the Sons of Anarchy, everything was going down, Sons were too crowded and they were just 4, they mostly did hit and run attacks. Then finally decided to turn it into an MC and recruit more members.

Then the legend was born... Rebels motherfuckin' MC was born in 1st December of 2001 (2011 is the real date though.)

2004

Everything was changing, Rebels were growing fast, and Sons of Anarchy was like a sick old man. Rebels hit Sons' warehouses, money sources, gun storage's and it made them rich while fucking Sons up. It was the golden ages of Rebels MC.

2007

Sons of Anarchy was half dead already, they were just fucking arround and hiding from everyone with Rebel patches, and Rebels MC were ruling San Fierro, North part of Los Santos, and South part of Las Venturas.

2012

Rebels have been growing enough, they even opened charters in Vice and Liberty cities, they're still fighting against Sons Of Anarchy.

February 2012

April 2012

One day, leader of the Liberty City charter of Rebels MC (which would be Napier)had an information about SoALC (Sons of Anarchy Liberty City)'s gun storage's location. They planned a little operation and went to the location. Napier opened the storage's door but instead of weapons, they see a bunch of police officers waiting for them, they ran to their bikes in a rush, tried to keep the cops off their tail, cops opened fire and they returned fire, Mefisto have been shot on his shoulder but they've lost the cops on the way to their club house.

Napier called his girlfriend Irene and told her to prepare and go to the airport, they prepared a special aircraft that goes to San Andreas, after the cops' operation, they couldn't stay there more, they understood that it was a game played by Sons of Anarchy to kill Rebels MC's Liberty chapter, while they were preparing on the airport, Morde -the vice leader of LC chapter- was in front of the SoA club house.

Morde planted explosives to the SoA bikes which was in front of the door of SoA club house, he threw a molotov by the window of SoA club house, ofcourse everyone rushed out, Morde took his ak and opened fire on SoA members which were running out, then he jumped on his bike and started to run to airport but ofcourse Sons of Anarchy members were following him too, when he got closer to the airport, he triggered the explosives and the SoA members which were on his tail died terribly, as they learned on news, Morde killed 12 SoA members, and wounded 6 SoA members hard.

Irene was a nurse so she tried to help Mefisto's wound on the plane with the medical supplies which she stole from the hospital she has been working.

May 2012

Mefisto's shoulder started to bleed in the middle of a Rebels MC weekly meeting and he passed out, nearly all Rebels MC members helped him out and carried him to the hospital which Irene started to work. Ofcourse the doctors started to ask questions about the reason of the wound but Bistro threatened to kill them and they stopped asking questions, but one of the docs called the cops secretly.

They learned that only Mefisto's stitches were lose and it was an operation that'd take 2-3 hours, but before Rebels MC members felt relax, they saw 2 cops entering the hospital, Exca putted them off until Mefisto's operation was over, in 20 minutes they heard mefisto was fine but he was on the effects of the drugs which doctors gave.

Ungo carried Mefisto out, Exca punched one of the police officers in the face, took his gun and shoot the other on the leg and ran away to the club van. Rebels took irene with them so she could help Mefisto on the van.

Ofcourse police officers called back up and started to chase Rebels, there was 4-5 bikes and a van which was being chased by 4 police cars, Rebels opened fire on the cars, LesPaul shot one of their drivers so there were only 3 cars left. Police returned fire and finally TheCK threw a grenade at them, that didn't kill any polices but it scared them so polices stopped and they ran away freely.

When Rebels reached their hide out, they finally saw that Irene was shot and killed by the police...

June 2012

Napier was drinking hard since the death of Irene, he was drunk all the time except the day of Irene's funeral.

All the Rebels MC members were there to share the pain of Napier, there were approximately 60 Rebels... Felix sister VenuS also was there. Rcardo and Freaky came to the funeral to share the pain too, all EI members owed Irene because she always cared for the closed ones, so EI been there too.

In 15-20 minutes, they heard the sounds of the engine of some bikes, they knew it wasn't their bikes because everyone's engines were off, they though it would be the engines of other charters which came for Irene, but in a minute, they saw 15-20 men with SoA vests riding fast through them, everyone took cover on grave stones and the walls of the graveyard, some of the Rebels have been shot on arms and legs but nothing serious,

Napier ran to his bike and followed the bikers with Sons of Anarchy vests, he was mad because that attack clearly was a disrespect to the Irene's funeral, ofcourse Rebels didn't want Napier to fight alone so they rode with Napier and opened fire to the SoA bikers, Ungo shot one of them on shoulder and the biker fell.

Napier jumped from his bike and ran to the biker, started to kick and punch the guy to death, LesPaul hold him back because they wanted the biker alive. Felix saw a tattoo on the biker's neck, he checked the tattoo and saw it was a GJMC tattoo, but it was all meanless because GJMC was their ally and then it hit Felix...

GJMC never wanted to be ally with Rebels, they were just waiting for the right moment to hit Rebels, and they did it with SoA vests so noone would think GJMC was attackin them.

Biker spoke his last words and it was

"So it begins..."

July 2012

SoA is dead now, and Rebels MC is in a war preparation with GJMC, GJMC still thinks that Rebels doesn't know their little game, so Felix called Divine and told "we're preparing a little roadtrip for our long friendship, would like to see here in an hour."

There was a little bar a little bit away from Whetstone, Rebels placed heavily armed men on that bar and they hid there, Roadtrip was planned to end there.

Finally they arrived to the bar and Felix made a little speech based on the history of Rebels MC on the outside of that bar and finished it with "We always trusted Gypsy Jokers MC, but lately, we understood that it was a mistake" then he pulled his gun and shot a random Gypsy, then all the armed people in the bar started to shoot from the windows of the bar, they are at a bar on the country side all away from the cities and people but there still were lumberjacks around to hear the noises, Rebels fled away from the crime scene, they learned on the news that 16 GJMC were killed, 3 of them were heavily wounded, Divine was heavily wounded too so nut survived...

August 2012

Gypsy Jokers were too afraid to leave their club house, Rebels were visiting their club houses time to time, leaving no survivors. People were leaving Gypsies, Rebels were killing everyone who was related to them... By the time Rebels were trying to decide if they should move their Nomads charter's club house to Bone County or not, because it was hard to take control of San Andreas when it was based in San Fierro, so they thought about Bone County because it was more central.

December 2012

One of the ex SoAs attacked Rebels' Hideout in Bone County... Half of the Rebels died. Felix was seriously wounded, Castle took him and went to Vice City. Vice City charter has a past with Nomads of San Andreas, he helped Felix. Now Felix is at Vice City Hospital and Castle swore for vengeance...

End of December

Felix got better enough to get out of Hospital and he went back to San Andreas, Felix is gathered up the old crew for vengeance but those last hits damaged their morales so they had no chance for the time. They all kept in mind all the time to return back but most of them had to leave San Andreas and the rest stood there without a vest and lived as civillians...

A new start

October 2018

Rebels are back on the streets of San Andreas! Sons of Anarchy is dead, Gypsy Jokers MC is dead. Every enemy of Rebels died by time... It was safe to come back for them because even the ex-Sons were thinking Rebels were a worthy enemy unlike the people they have to deal with today. Of course they had lost everything they owned in San Andreas so they to chip in favours and people that owed them to get everything back. They had a rival called BBMC but they werent even slightly a problem for them because they had no idea about the bound of MC brotherhood so it was an easy task to remove them from the streets of San Andreas

December 2018

BBMC has been erased from San Andreas now and Rebels were the only MC around San Andreas. They were getting bigger and bigger (level 1.) each day and remembering the day that the club was created as it was 1st of December. As things were getting quiet, they hear of an another club named Sons of Chaos are in San Andreas so they go and check it out as an another MC may be a potential threat but they see the Sons are a club that respects others and Rebels most and they arent a threat at all so Rebels offer them a chance to be in their family as a support club. Sons accepts the offer a few days later and wears support patches of Rebels MC proudly.

As they had their break and had time to chill, Felix decides that staying out of war for a long time may get them soft and getting soft in a 1% life may even be more dangerous than itself so he opens up the subject and demands that they should fight against drugs to get the streets cleaner for kids. He discusses it with Vice President @Bas and Sergeant at Arms @Zoom-In and it is discussed that after the fight with a rival club, cops are already a problem and maybe they should be focusing on that instead for a while.

Felix gets it voted down by Rebels and it is decided that they should be fighting against drugs.

2019

January 2019

Just as we started fighting against CripZ, new MCs came to San Andreas. Hell Raisers MC was created by @Franklin at around the same time with SSMC. Second Side MC has been killed in a week or so by Rebels and got prevented to get bigger and become a rival. However, Hell Raisers MC has visited our bar friendly, to become our allies. They looked promising so we offered them to become a Rebels MC supporter, they refused, war began.

February 2019

HRMC grown a little bit but they were not a match to us. We were killin' em on sight, they got CripZ on their side which didn't change things that much.
Sons18 has patched-over to Rebels MC in order to form a stronger family. (@Reddust115 )
Rebels MC also made the first biker festival of San Andreas which was peaceful.
At the end of the month, Hell Raisers MC couldn't stand much longer and died. Some of them, including their leader, joined the Rebels Motorcycle Club.

March 2019

Rebels MC got growing bigger and was getting all the attention in San Andreas (LVL2 HURRAY) and as there were no other MCs to pose a danger to us, we are just focusing on keeping our growth under control. Also, just like it always happens when an MC dies, there are some guys in San Andreas trying to create their own club after the death of HRMC. They asked for our permission to start it up and we allowed it, Rebels MC is currently neutral with them.

2020: The Golden Year
By 2020, Rebels MC had not only reclaimed their place as the most powerful MC in San Andreas but had also expanded their reach and influence across the state. With the Sons of Anarchy, Hell Raisers, and all rivals eliminated, the Rebels had built a rock-solid reputation as the dominant club. The growth they'd experienced from 2011onwards was unprecedented, and the crew—led by Felix, Bas, SWT, Bagetto and others who remained loyal—turned their success into an empire that went beyond the biker lifestyle.

The end of an era: 2020
But as 2020 drew on, so did a certain restlessness among the founders. With all rivals defeated and the MC’s legacy secure, Felix, Bas, and the crew decided it was time to step back and enjoy life away from the constant tension of MC wars. Felix, lured by the idea of a quieter life with his wife, retired to a sprawling property in Vice City, while Bas, tired of the long roads, settled into a quiet life in San Fierro with plans to finally start a family. As the core members went their separate ways, Rebels Customs was left behind, its once-thriving engine shop gathering dust, a silent monument to the club’s heyday.
With no one to take over, Rebels MC gradually faded out. The club that once ruled San Andreas and spread across cities like a storm was finally at rest.

2024: The Call Back
The peace lasted for years. But in early 2024, the silence was broken by the ring of Bas’s phone, an old-school tone he’d kept as a reminder of the MC days. It was an old contact from San Andreas with some shocking news—Sons of Anarchy was back on the streets, putting on airs and claiming to be top dog in San Andreas again. The once-dead club was flaunting their patches, pretending they still had the dominance they’d lost years ago.

Bas felt a jolt of anger. He’d thought he’d left the club life behind, but hearing that the Sons were back, claiming the turf that Rebels had bled to control, changed everything. This was personal. He knew this wasn’t just about reviving an MC; it was about protecting the legacy they’d left behind.

Without hesitation, Bas reached out to Felix, who’d also grown comfortable in retirement. Felix was initially hesitant—after all, he had a life, a business, and a family to consider. But his wife, always understanding of his roots and the call of loyalty, saw what it meant to him. She didn’t just support his return—she encouraged it, even with a bit of her own wild side shining through. This push was all Felix needed.

The two reconnected, returning to San Andreas with cautious anticipation, prepared to see what the new Sons of Anarchy presence looked like. Yet when they finally saw the state of the Sons on the streets, they were... unimpressed. Far from the intimidating force they’d once clashed with, these Sons looked like a ragtag collection of newcomers and weekend warriors, sporting the iconic patch but lacking the grit, structure, and ferocity of a real MC. In short, they seemed like little more than a weak Sunday club pretending to live up to a legend they couldn’t carry.

The new Sons of Anarchy, despite their bluster, had no chance of posing any real threat to the Rebels’ legacy. Bas and Felix recognized that with the right moves, this would be less of a war and more of a quick cleanup. Reunited and refueled by loyalty, they wasted no time in pulling the old crew back together, swearing to remind these pretenders of what true MC life meant.

The Rebels MC might have retired, but Bas and Felix were ready to remind San Andreas who truly ran the streets....

Prospect	Is the closest person to the club, but doesn't wear a full-patch yet. Can be trusted with small tasks and small secrets of the club, but they are still on an outer ring of the circle. They do everything they can to prove their worth and loyalty in order to get their full-patch. Does any task given.
Hangaround	Someone who wants to be in the club, but needs to be known first. He tries to learn about the club system and also gets himself known by the family, does any task given.
Supporter	Either someone who wants to be in club but needs time to apply or someone that doesnt want to be in the club but is a part of the family.
Honorary	RP-wise, they are people who arent officially in the MC, but they actually are. They dont wear patches because of reasons they have from their personal life like they have a job that wouldnt tolerate it or they are wanted by the police and they dont want it get tied with the club.

January 1991 - Berlin Kreuzberg 36

Less than two years had passed since the fall of the Berlin Wall, and violence on the streets had significantly increased. This was a major problem, especially for immigrants like us who had come to Berlin with good intentions. Life was tough for adults, but since most of our daily time was spent working and handling responsibilities, we could manage it relatively well. But what about the youth, who were still growing up and spending their time on the streets? For them, this period was a time when they were forced to grow up suddenly. The attacks carried out by Nazi sympathizers, known as the "Skinheads," were terrifying, as both adults and children suffered serious harm, even losing their lives. At first, we tried to counter this by teaching all immigrants how to fight, but over time, we realized that fighting alone wasn’t enough as the level of violence escalated. This led us to start searching for weapons. However, obtaining weapons as immigrants was extremely difficult. To protect ourselves, our children, our workplaces, and our families, we decided to come together and establish contact with those who had been here longer than us. Eventually, we managed to acquire the necessary weapons. It was at this point that we founded one of the first modern immigrant gangs 36 Boys. The gang took its name from "36," the postal code of Kreuzberg, where we lived.

December 1995 - Berlin Kreuzberg 36

Since the founding of 36 Boys, things had started to change. The violent confrontations with the Skinheads escalated into what felt like a small-scale civil war. This conflict brought immense suffering, sacrifices, and losses. However, as a result, the Nazi sympathizers had significantly weakened. On the other hand, different gangs began to emerge rapidly. As the founders of 36 Boys, two of us were walking from Oranienstraße to meet our friends at Kottbusser Tor when we saw our gang’s top-ranking members being kidnapped by two cars full of Nazi sympathizers. Without hesitation, we pulled out our weapons and started shooting at them. After an intense, prolonged gunfight, we ruthlessly killed seven Nazi sympathizers. However, we were too severely injured to escape the scene. Ambulances and police arrived shortly after, and we were taken to the hospital for treatment before being arrested and imprisoned.

April 2000 - Berlin Wilhelmstrasse

During our years in Spandau Prison, the police and detectives exerted immense pressure on us, accusing the three of us leaders of the gang of running a terrorist organization. They also sought information about whether other members of the gang had committed crimes or had connections with any other criminal organizations. Over time, they realized we were not a terrorist organization but rather just a gang. However, they still tortured and coerced us, trying to make us confess to crimes or reveal information about our members. But in prison, we learned a word from an old Sicilian mafia leader "Omertà."This term, known in Sicilian mafias as the code of silence," had a simple rule:
"One must completely avoid interfering in others’ affairs and must never, under any circumstances, report a crime to the police. However, if justified, one may take revenge through a blood feud for any physical attack on themselves or their family."
We adopted this philosophy as our own way of life and remained loyal by keeping all secrets. However, over time, many members of 36 Boys began revealing their stories about the criminal world. It was as if they had turned their backs on us. Despite the sacrifices we had made for them, they betrayed us. But no matter what, we continued to keep 36 Boys' secrets and never betrayed anyone. As time passed, the allure of gang culture and the desire for fame transformed 36 Boys members from gangsters into storytellers. Some even appeared in magazines, which began to irritate the loyal members. They, too, wanted to enter this glamorous world of fame, but they were too loyal to betray their family, so they remained silent. However, they eventually realized there was a smarter way and they needed to talk to us first. When they visited us in prison, they shared their idea and sought our approval. Without realizing it, this was the beginning of another rebellion. Because now, we could tell our stories through rap music. From that moment on, we too could become symbols of resistance, just like the rap stars before us.

March 2005 - Berlin & Istanbul

After ten years, we were released from Spandau Prison along with more than 100 other inmates from different nationalities and cultures. Upon our release, we flew to Istanbul, Turkey, to plan the future of our gang. Due to our time in prison, we had become like brothers with other inmates, but there was one thing that united us all Omerta. The vow of loyalty we took in prison was now a lifelong commitment. With this newfound family from prison, we established a new organization called "Omerta Guardians" Initially, our goal was to develop and strengthen 36 Boys.The loyal members were gathered under this new gang. Omerta Guardians was no longer just a gang—it had to become something more. We realized this and began transforming it into a highly organized crime syndicate, expanding our own criminal network. Of course, in this new structure, there was no room for disloyalty. The main goal of the organization was to use singers, actors, companies, organizations, and partnerships to launder dirty money earned from arms trafficking, drug trade, extortion, human smuggling, and gang wars. As the gang grew, its members started forming rap music groups and opening their own music studios. Using music companies to launder money from arms and drug trafficking made it seem like the gang was earning money legally. Over time, we realized that we were achieving our goals, but we needed to expand beyond Germany and Turkey we needed to grow our trade network elsewhere.We knew exactly where to start… We used the clean money from our music companies in Berlin and Istanbul to purchase a small ghetto along the Los Santos coastline. Through the contacts we made in that ghetto, we quickly took control of the arms and drug trafficking in the area. Quietly, Omerta Guardians were rising in San Andreas.

Fake invoices, inflated artist fees, and shell companies are commonly used to mask the origin of funds.

Blackmailing

In addition to money laundering through clubs, concerts, and record labels, OG runs a covert blackmail operation. Using our influence in the nightlife and entertainment scene, we gather sensitive information on high-profile figures—corrupt politicians, celebrities, business owners, even law enforcement.

We use hidden cameras in VIP rooms, bugged dressing areas, and hacked phones to record compromising footage, drug use, infidelity, or illegal transactions. Once a target is compromised, offered a simple deal: "Work for us, or lose everything."

In the sprawling cityscape of San Andreas, nestled among the shadows of towering skyscrapers and neon-lit streets, two formidable criminal syndicates reigned supreme: the Clandestine Mob and The Company. For years, they held sway over the underworld, orchestrating illicit deals, extorting businesses, and enforcing their will with an iron fist.

However, their reign of terror came crashing down when a meticulously planned police raid finally caught up with them. The authorities descended upon their strongholds, arresting key members and dismantling their operations. Among those apprehended were the leaders of the Clandestine Mob and The Company, who faced the prospect of spending the rest of their lives behind bars.

But fate had other plans in store for these criminal masterminds. Through cunning and guile, they managed to engineer a daring escape from prison, slipping through the fingers of law enforcement and disappearing into the shadows of the night. With the full force of the law hot on their trails, they knew they had to vanish without a trace.

With their vast resources and network of connections, the fugitive leaders made their way to Asia, seeking refuge in the bustling metropolises that offered anonymity and opportunity in equal measure. Here, in the heart of the Far East, they began to lay the groundwork for their resurgence, forging alliances with local triads and underworld figures.

Under their guidance, a new criminal empire began to take shape: the Yakuza. Drawing upon the ruthless tactics and organizational prowess of their predecessors, they quickly carved out a niche for themselves in the Asian underworld, establishing a stranglehold on illegal enterprises ranging from drug trafficking to human smuggling.

But the Yakuza was more than just a mere continuation of past criminal enterprises. Infused with the unique culture and traditions of their new surroundings, they adopted the code of honor and loyalty that defined the ancient Japanese criminal syndicates from which they took their name. This blend of East and West, of old and new, made them a force to be reckoned with on the streets of Asia.

With the passage of time, the once-mighty empires of The Company and Clandestine Mob crumbled in the absence of their leaders. Rival factions vied for control, plunging San Andreas into a chaotic power struggle that left the city's underworld fractured and weakened.

Meanwhile, across the Pacific, the Yakuza flourished under the shrewd leadership of the fugitive bosses. They amassed wealth, expanded their operations, and solidified their grip on the Asian criminal underworld. But amidst their newfound success, the desire for vengeance simmered like a dormant volcano, waiting for the perfect moment to erupt.

Years later, whispers began to circulate in the shadowy corners of San Andreas – rumors of a formidable new player on the scene, a mysterious force known only as the Yakuza. As if conjured from the nightmares of the city's criminal elite, they emerged from the darkness with a singular purpose: revenge.

The Yakuza's return sent shockwaves through the fractured remnants of The Company and Clandestine Mob. Forged in the crucible of betrayal and incarceration, the leaders of the Yakuza were determined to reclaim what was rightfully theirs, to settle old scores and establish dominance once and for all.

Fueled by the flames of past injustices, a clandestine faction emerges, their eyes set on one singular objective: revenge. They wield three potent tools to achieve their retribution:

Territory Control: territory control involves the strategic acquisition, defense, and expansion of a faction's influence over specific areas within San Andreas. It requires careful planning, coordination, and sometimes brute force to establish dominance and fend off rival factions. Whether through negotiation, intimidation, or outright confrontation, factions vie for control of lucrative territories, such as neighborhoods, businesses, and key landmarks, to solidify their power and expand their operations.
Money Laundering: money laundering is the process of disguising the origins of illegally obtained money to make it appear legitimate. It involves a complex series of transactions and financial maneuvers designed to obscure the illicit source of funds and integrate them into the legal economy. Through shell companies, front businesses, and offshore accounts, criminals launder dirty money to evade detection by law enforcement and enjoy the fruits of their criminal activities without arousing suspicion.
Blackmailing: blackmailing is the act of obtaining something, typically money or favors, through the threat of revealing compromising information or secrets about a person or entity. It involves gathering incriminating evidence through surveillance, hacking, or other means and leveraging it to manipulate or coerce the target into compliance. Whether it's politicians, businessmen, or rival gang leaders, those who possess damaging information hold significant power and influence in the cutthroat world of organized crime.

With each calculated move, they carve their path through the city's underworld, leaving a trail of chaos and defiance in their wake.

It took a lot of work, but by 2008, we finally had something to show for all our effort. The chassis was an eighth-generation Nissan Skyline, also known as the Elegy. After a few tweaks and adjustments, we managed to bench it at 680 horsepower—more than we had expected. We painted it in a custom purple—a color that would become the iconic shade for our crew. Hours of tuning, testing, and fine-tuning, and finally, it was ready to hit the streets. We raced, we won, and we made good money. With each victory, our reputation grew. We were unstoppable. For a long time, we never lost.
