Step 1: Register an Imgur App
Go here https://api.imgur.com/oauth2/addclient
Then fill it out like below
(for Authorization Callback URL use: https://www.getpostman.com/oauth2/callback)

 

Then you should get a Client ID and Secret,
DO NOT SHARE THESE WITH ANYONE!
Save them but you will for sure need the Client ID, if you lose these you will have to regenerate them

Step 2: Use the Tool
Get your Client ID and you Imgur album link
"What is an imgur album link?" You may ask. They look like this:

This is the link to all your images you just uploaded and will be in the browser at the top of your screen
NOTE: It wont end in .png or .jpg, this is all your images, not just a single one
Now that you have those, enter them in the fields here: http://158.69.52.183/helvete/imgur/imgur.html


Hit the Submit button and if you did everything right you get this confirmation:

Step 3: Paste on the Forums and Hit Enter
Now go to your media archive
Paste the images like so

Then hit enter!


You're done!

Opening cells:

In order to open the cells you will need to enter the control room and step into the North marker by the control deck.

Opening red doors:

In order to open the red doors to the cell block you must have one person stand in the South marker by the control deck. and then one person standing in the control panel by the red door you want to be opened. So you will need at least two people to open the red doors.

Alternate Escape - Vents:

There is an alternate escape that is located in the north east corner of the cell block, inside the cell with the broken door.

In the back corner of this cell there is a vent cover that can be opened by doing the mini game located in the generator room:

As you can see in the video to complete the minigame you have to press all of the green squares. Once you do this the vent will open. But be aware that the vents are very hot and you will lose HP rapidly while you are inside of them, so you must run through the vents quickly to survive.

STEP 1: Exporting & Replacing The Shader

First of all make sure you have the skin shader saved in your pc, if not then open TXDworkshop.

click "open IMG"

And now look for GTA SA folder and open gta3.img which is located here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Grand Theft Auto San Andreas\models

once you open it a bunch of txd and dff files will appear in the list, all you have to do is search for the skin you're looking for in the search bar, be sure that MTA closed or the gta3.img file won't load.

To find the skin texture/model name you can check MTA skins Page

Okay once you open gta.img now click on the search bar and type the skin name which you found in MTA skins page, we will use TRIADA as example, so when you find the skin file that end with .txd click on it, an error will appear just ignore it and click ok.

Now simply click on "Export" button and choose PNG or TGA, if you want to test it using dff viewer then you should export it as TGA but since we will test it on MTA you can export it as PNG or TGA, then choose desktop or where you want to export it.

So i just showed you how to export a skin shader that you want to edit, now if you want to test it open the TXDworkshop again and look for the skin as i showed, and instead of exporting it to TGA or PNG just export it to TXD but the TXD option doesn't show? So all you have to do is right click on "name.txd" which is the texture file and then click on "export" and choose where you want to export it.

Now simply go where you exported it and open the txd file, to open the file you will need MagicTXD program downloaded in your pc which i shared before, now once you open the file the texture will appear.

Now all you have to do is replace the original texture with the texture you designed.
So the first step click on edit.

A list will appear, click on replace and then just locate your shader and select it.

Now a panel will appear, don't touch anything and just click on "replace" and then save the txd file with ctrl + s or click

STEP 2: Testing The Skin Shader

Now in this step we will test the skin shader ingame but first we need a script that load the TXD so all you have to do is make a folder inside server resource which is located here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\server\mods\deathmatch\resources
once you create the folder just make 2 files inside it which are "meta.xml" and "client.lua" and put the txd file inside the folder.

Okay now open meta.xml file which we created using any editor you have, i use Visual Studio Code.

Now copy this code and paste it in the meta.xml:

Replace the "triada.txd" with your txd file name or the shader won't load ingame and just save the code using ctrl + s or File>Save.

Now open client.lua file and paste this code there:

Well actually you should edit this file if you change the skin or something or if you willing to test another skin, just replace the "triada.txd" with your txd file name and replace the ID which is "117" with the skin ID you want to test which you can find here and then save the file.

I guess we just finished replacing the skin shader and writing the script, now run your MTA server which is located here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\server and run MTA Server.exe file

Once you run it a cmd or something like that will appear.

Now join the game and join the local server, for those who don't know how to join just click on Local and you will find the server, if you didn't find it just click on "connect" button and you will connect to it.

Well to test the shader you will need admin access and since it will take longer to make a tutorial for how to add yourself as admin you can watch this video it can help you, and after you add yourself to admin group just restart the server and you will get admin panel.

after you add yourself as admin and you restart the server just login again with /login <username> <password> and it will tell you to click p to open the panel.

Now just open the admin panel by clicking p and go to "players" section then click on your name and click "set skin".

Then a skins panel will appear, just paste the skin ID and click on "select".

Now all you have to do is just start the script, so just type /start <scriptname> in chat example "/start skin" because i named the script folder as "skin" or just go to "resources" section on admin panel and search for the script folder name and click on "start", if you couldn't find the script or it says the resource doesn't exist just go to console and type /refresh and try again.
Once you start the script your shader will load.

• 1 Introduction and General Knowledge

SAES:RPG is an RP server in which there are many things you can do. It is originated from United Kingdom also the servers are currently in the U.K. It was founded in 2004. If you want to connect via IP here it is: mtasa://51.38.67.64:4999 . When you log in to the game press F1 and read the rules. This topic does not contain the whole list of rules. Not following the rules will get you punished.

• 2 Classes/Spawns/Jobs

:::

There are alot of options you can play as in game. Classes are the backbone of server. You can make money, kill cops, arrest criminals and do many many stuff. It is advised for you to follow the roleplay (RP) of your class. Although it is not a rule, it is what it makes it fun.

• 2.1 Criminal Spawns

:::

Criminals do illegal stuff in the game. Like robbing stores, selling weapons, selling drugs, robbing houses etc. Each class of criminal spawn has it's own roles. The roles specific to classes are described below. Every criminal class can do StoreRobs (SR; section 9 ) and BankRobs (BR; section 10).

• 2.1.1 Arms Dealer

:::

Arms dealers main job is selling weapons. You can sell weapons when you are playing as arms dealer simply by writing /sell in mainchat. So there will be a marker in front of you, people can go in to the marker and buy weapons by pressing H when in marker. You earn money by selling weapons. You can also do SRs as all the other criminal spawns.

• 2.1.2 Drugs Dealer

:::

Drug dealers can sell drugs by typing /sell in mainchat. Selling and buying drugs is important because the drug "speed" increases your movement and shooting speed. There are also other drugs which make your gameplay "more different" like changing the color of sky, adding a music background, slowing you but allowing you to jump higher etc. They can do SRs as every other criminal spawns as well.

• 2.1.3 Robber

Robbers do rob houses. You need to go to "red house icon" on your map (F11). With a car you must go into the marker.

• 2.1.4 Pickpocket

:::

Pickpocket can steal other people's money. You need to go next to the player then do right click looking at the person.

• 2.1.5 Carjacker

:::

Carjacker does not have a specific job. They can steal cars as roleplay but they won't earn money doing it.

• 2.1.6 Transporter

:::

Transporter do transport weapons and illegal stuff. You need to go to "yellow dot" on the map. Then you need to go next to the NPC. You can pick a mission there. You'll be given a "sultan" and you'll be expected to deliver it.

• 2.1.7 Prostitute

When you are spawned as prostitute, you earn money by having sex with players. Before you start working, you can type /sexcost in mainchat and choose the price customers will pay. It can only be max 9999 dollars.

• 2.1.8 Pirate

Pirate doesn't have a specific job. They can do SRs.

• 2.1.9 Amateur Rebel

• 2.1.10 Russian Mob Overseer

• 2.2 Police Spawns

:::

Polices try to stop criminals. They can jail "wanted" players. You need to hit a wanted player with your nightstick to arrest them. You can use your taser and make them fall down. You also can use shotgun to slow your opponent for 5 seconds. Disabling them to run fast.

• 2.2.1 Police Officer Trainee

:::

Police spawn for the amateur cops. Spawns with a nightstick, pepperspray and taser. You can use a part of police vehicles. You have no acces to radio chat. (For more information about radio chat see section 15.)

• 2.2.2 State Trooper

:::

State trooper is the next step of a Trainee. You can spawn as State Trooper when you have 700 arrests. To see your arrests write /stats in main chat.

• 2.2.3 Police Officer

:::

Police Officer is the next step of State Trooper. You can be a Police Officer only when you get a ProCop (PC) diploma. (For more information about ProCop see section 17.)

• 2.2.4 Traffic Officer

In order to spawn as Traffic Officer you need a PC diploma as well (For more information about ProCop see section 17.). You have acces to speedcamera. You can use speedcamera by /strap <speedlimit> or /speedtrap <speedlimit>. Minimum limit can be 100km/h. When someone drives faster than 100km/h they pay fee you earn money.

• 2.2.5 Dispatcher

In order to spawn as Dispatcher you need a PC diploma. (For more information about ProCop see section 17.). They can choose a criminal target and direct all the cops to the target. The code to choose target is /coord .

• 2.2.6 Police Dog

:::

In order to spawn as a Police Dog you need a PC diploma (For more information about ProCop see section 17.). They can bite wanted people and slow them down. They can run very fast.

• 2.3 Emergency Spawns

:::

Emergency units respond to urgent situations like fire or injuries. Also there are some emergency units whose aim is solely RPing.

• 2.3.1 Paramedical

:::

Paramedics heal people by hitting the injured players with his flowers. They can also revive dead players by getting on their dead bodies and pressing C (starts CPR.) You earn money for healing and reviving. They can see dead people on the window on the right of their screens. When someone does /911 m , they see a blinking S on their map. This indicates someone has called a doctor.

• 2.3.2 Coast Guard

They don't have any specific job. A RP spawn.

They extinguish fires of vehicles by using an extinguisher or firetruck. They can see the burning vehicles on their minimap as "red siren".

Trucker is one of the best jobs among all. You can earn great money by trucking. First you need to get a truck then go to "yellow square" on your map. There are alot of them.

When you go into the marker you'll have a window appeared. You can pick a job here. First you pick what do you want to carry.

Then you pick among the list. You can find prices here.

After you pick your job, you'll be asked to bring your trailer to the destination. Orange Square on your map.

The more you deliver, the more job you'll be able to pick. And the more you'll start to earn.

• 2.4.3 Delivery Man

Delivery man is another profitable job. You need to drive Pony, Rumpo, Benson or Yankee to your destination. (Protip: rumpo is best among them).

You can see the icon you must go on minimap. To the cargo-car icon.

• 2.4.4 Fuel Trucker

Fuel truckers refill the gas stations we use for our vehicles. You need to have at least 1000 trucking deliveries to spawn as fuel trucker.

• 2.4.5 Locomotive Driver

When you are spawned as locomotive driver, you need to go to yellow marker (you can see on image) to get a locomotive.

After you have your locomotive. You need to press "space" so other players can mount your locomotive. So that you can make money.

• 2.4.6 Tram Driver

Same concept with locomotive driver. You go through a yellow marker and get your tram spawned. After you have it you press "space" to allow people come in.

• 2.4.7 Mechanic

:::

When you are playing as a Mechanic, you need to sit on people's car's front seat to repair the car. Driver must be in car also. When you sit on their front seat, a window pops on driver's screen, asking him if he wants you to repair his car. If driver presses yes, vehicle starts to be repaired. After it is done, you get your money.

• 2.4.8 Pizza Man

Pizza Man can sell food to people. When they buy food they get healed and you get money. You can sell food by typing /sell .

• 2.4.9 Sailor

You help the Sea Captain on ship. You need to be on ship to be paid.

You need to go to "cargo car" icon on map. Here you can see it.

When you go inside the marker, a window pops up and lets you choose a job.

When you are spawned as Binman, you need to get in the vehicle "trashmaster". So you start picking up trash from streets. Here you can see what the trash marker looks like, also you can see the icon you must drive:

While you are driving a Limo, a passenger should be in your car to make money. People can call limo drivers by writing /limo

When you are playing as a Taxi Driver, you either get a player in your car as passenger and earn money from it, or you go to NPC calling for taxi and pick him. You can see the NPC on your minimap as "orange man":

After you pick him you drive him to destination. Crashing your car during the ride will decrease your payment.

When you are working as a Bus Driver, you must write /ls , /sf or /lv depending on the city you are in. After you do it, a "R" icon will appear on your map. You'll have to drive to it.

• 3 Official Organizations and How to Join Them

As you may have noticed there are organizations with spawn acces. Gangs and squads which have spawn are called "official". In order to create an organization you must write /create organization-name-here. To join a gang or squad, you have to fill an application form on their application topic. . You either get "denied" (Means you are rejected), or pending (You have to keep hanging with them) or accepted (you'll be invited to the gang).

• 3.1 Official Gangs

Official gangs are official criminal organizations. They have ability to do Bankrobs (BR) (see section 10) and Turfs (see section 12). They are organized and spawn with weapons.

• 3.2 Official Squads

Official squads are organized teams to stop crime in the server. They are also spawned with weapons, they have ability to use radio chat. They are responsible for the safety of the streets.

There are Roleplay groups in server whose main aim is to do Roleplays. Each of them have their specific duties. You can join them by hanging around with them or simply applying them.

• 5 Housing

In SAES:RPG you can buy and sell properties. However there is an upper limit of the number of properties you have. You can have maximum 8 properties. To buy a property you should contact it's owner, or you can find a house owned by an inactive player (see section 5.3). You can use these icons to spawn at there.

There are various events happen in server. They are hosted by players, supported by LWS or Grouppe6. These two groups are responsible for the making of events. When there is an event, you can write /event and warp there. Winner earns money.

• 7.1 V.I.P. Event

There is a new event called VIP event. There appears a big yellow icon on map. Polices and Criminals try to get the VIP to their places. Who manages to do it earns money as team. They can kill each other (cops vs criminals) to get the VIP.

• 8 Raceflag

Raceflag is a place where people can race and earn money. Although only first 3 earn money, it is still funny. You can see on map a "race flag icon". You go there with your car, get in the marker and press space. When there is minimum 4 players, race starts. Here is what it looks like:

• 9 Store Robs (SR)

:::

Store robs are one of the main activites in server. It is the red dragon icon on map. Every criminal and police can go to store rob. Criminals try to rob it, polices try to stop it. The more criminals are inside, the faster it finishes. You can make around 40K from a SR as a criminal. Also cops earn money if they are able to finish it. You must kill the shopkeeper inside the store to start the robbing. Here is what it looks like:

• 10 Bank Robs (BR)

Only official gangs are capable of bankrobbing. It is done by cracking 3 gates and 8 safes. Here you can see what it is to crack https://nanobob.net/ . If the criminals are killed by cops during the bankrob, they get jailed, cops earning money from arresting. Each safe will give an amount of money, considering there are 8 safes, it is important to protect the crackers in a BR. Robbing gang's members earn more money than the others.

• 10.1 Public Bank Rob (PBR)

Public Bank Robs are robbings that are done by ordinary criminals. In order to do a PBR, there must be 13 criminals in the bank. So, to start it, you must go in this marker and press H :

• 11 Jailbreaking (JB)

:::

Jailbreaking is the act of having prisoners out of jail by an outer help. To do a jail break, you must go to jail (located in mid LS, red zone in map), open the cells and red door. Here is what it looks like

This device allows you to open cells of prisoners, when you go an touch it, it activates:

After you open the cells you must open the red door as well. Screen isnt clear a bit but, there is a device next to the red door, touching it will make it open:

After you get the prisoners out from red door, you have to fight your way outside.

• 12 Turfing

Turfing can be made by official gangs only. You need to be spawned as your gang and do /war to activate it. Here are the turf zones of SAES :

Going one of those places and staying inside with /war on will trigger a war. You'll start to earn a bit of money every 5 seconds and capturing the area.

• 13 Useful Commands and Anims

• /sur allows you to surrender, when you are arrested while surrendered, your jail time will be %75 less.


• /animhelp will show you the animations you can use.


• /stopanim will stop the animation you made.


• /offerbribe , this can be done by cops to bribe criminals. Criminals lose stars paying money to the cop


• /stats you can see your stats here.


• /bind key chatbox cc : binds your organization's chat


• /bind key chatbox party : binding party chat. (for more information about parties see section 19.)


• /bind key gang : allows you to see your gang panel


• /gang : allows you to see gang panel manually


• /ask : you can ask questions here


• /eject all/player-name , to kick people out of your vehicle.


• /gang to see your organization's panel


• /stats to see your stats.

• 14 How to Report a Rulebreaker

In order to report a rule-breaker you should screen (F12) the crime. Then writing /report in mainchat will allow you to see reporting window. There you can send your report. Here is what it looks like:

• 15 How to Buy a Car and Mod It

To buy a car you must go to Pink C icon. There is one in each city. To mod your car you must go to "red wrench icon" and get in to the marker with the car you want to mod. You can also buy cars from players. For more information about it see section 20.

• 16 Usage of Ingame Chats

T: This is for mainchat. You can only speak English here. Every player on server see what you say.
Y: This is the teamchat. You can speak foreign languages here. Only civilians can hear you if you are a civilian, or only criminals can hear you when you are a criminal etc.
U: This is local chat, you can speak foreign languages here as well. Only people near you will hear you.
CC(Clan Chat): Your gang/squad members will hear you.
Partychat: Only the people in your party will hear you. (See section 19.)

• 17 Impounded Cars

Improperly parked cars will be impounded by Cuban Car members. You have to pay a fee to them for them to release your car. Or you can unimpound your car at one of Z icons. You must go to LS's Z icon if your car was impounded at LS.

• 18 ProCop Diploma

ProCop diploma is a diploma given to the cops who are qualified enough. To earn a ProCop diploma you must join SAPA and pass required tests. Gang members cannot own PC diploma. Joining a gang will get your diploma eliminated. To see the benefits of PC Diploma see section 2.2)

• 19 Creating a Party

Creating a party allows a group of player to use a mutual chat, seeing each other on map.
To create a party: /createparty

• 20 Buying/Selling Cars From/To Other Players

You can also buy cars from players for a cheaper price. In order to sell your vehicle, first get in to the driver seat. Then press ALT+GR and click on your car. When you click on your car you'll see a window like this;
Click to "Set on Sale" and enter the price. After that your car can be sold till you park it on a disk.

In order to buy a car for sale, get in to the driver's seat. ALT GR > click on the vehicle and buy the vehicle.
