I born in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, New York in the mid-1980s.
I began my career in 2000 as an officer in Los Santos Police Department (LSPD), where i was cited with the department’s top award for my valor in 2003 because i arrested a bank robber and rescued a hostage.
I am a noted author and consultant, Commissioner of the San Andreas Federal Police (SAFP) holds a Bachelor’s degree from Boston State College and is a graduate of the CIA National Executive Institute. At Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, Iam a Senior Executive Fellow in Criminal Justice and a member of the school’s National Executive Session on Policing. For my collaborative efforts in working with U.S. and British police forces, i was recognized by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II with the honorary title Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (CBE).
