2020 In Review - Bank Robberies Daryl replied in News and Announcements
Dear citizens of San Andreas,
As 2020 has drawn to a close and we begin a new year, I thought we could take some time to reflect on the past year, particularly in the area of Bank Robberies!
We've conducted a thorough review of illicit activities in and around the many banking institutions of San Andreas and have found the following startling data.
In the year 2020 there were 3694 instances of bank robberies across the six major San Andreas banking institutes.
Of these 3694 attempted robberies, 2917 of them proved entirely succesful. (78.97%)
This, of course, means that 777 robberies were prevented by the brave men and women of the San Andreas policing community. (21.03%)
Please see below for a full breakdown of those responsible for these robberies and attempted robberies in the previous calendar year.
As you can see from the above, the most dangerous and active criminal organisation by a significant distance is @The_Outfit with 596 attempted robberies (266 MORE than second) and also achieving the highest success rate at 92.62%
The runners up, all with over 300 attempted robberies to their name, are @Arms-Assassins , @Organization-Zero and @Tuga-Thugs . With the latter of the three, TT, having the second most impressive success rate overall - a massive 92.12%
There are some organisations which fell more frequently to the valiant efforts of law enforcement.
Looking only at organisations with at least 20 attempted robberies, the most defeated organisations still active are;
@Los-Inkas have been stopped a record 47 times out of 69 attempts. (68%)
@Medellín-Cartel have been stopped 55 times out of 94 attempts. (41.5%)
@Generation-X have been stopped 71 times out of 214 attempts. (33.18%)Honourable mention to BloodZ, who despite some.. assistance from outside sources, managed to fail 53% of their attempted bank robberies.
Moving on to the hot spots!
For a full breakdown see below!
As expected the most hit bank was Las Venturas, where nearly 22% of all bank robbery attempts occurred. (806)
Las Venturas was also the bank with the highest success rate of these attempts, with nearly 89% of all robbery attempts proving completely succesful.
As expected, again, the least his bank was Bone County, likely due to its close proximity to the nearby hospital!
Only 402 robberies were attempted here, accounting for just under 11% of all attempted robberies.
Interestingly despite being the lowest hit, by some distance, it was not the least succesful target for criminal organisations.
This crown goes to Red County! 30% of all attempted bank robberies in Red County resulted in failure. Tierra Robada comes very close at 29.42%
Overall 43% of attempted bank robberies ocurred in either San Fierro or Las Venturas. These are criminal hotspots and have been for some time, and as such Homeland Security will continue to focus its efforts and forces in these regions.
Finally we will look at Detterrence.
A large part of the fight against crime is the active policing of the Law Enforcement of San Andreas, this can be reflected by when robberies primarily have ocurred in 2020.
As you can see from the above, we had a massive spike of crime back in the first half of the year, with over 30% of all attempted robberies happening from March until May! We'll never figure out why that is..
Law Enforcement have maintained efforts in recent months and reached a record low occurrence of Bank Robberies in November, with only 198 attempts throughout the month!
This is a situation which will be continually monitored by the Department of Homeland Security going into 2021.
All the best, stay safe and a happy new year!

Bank Robbery Stats - February Edition! Daryl replied in News and Announcements
Dear Citizens,
As another month has come to an end we must yet again reflect on the crime rate in San Andreas, specifically in the area of Bank Robberies.
Over the course of January there were a total of 393 incidents at Banks across San Andreas. This is a 32.77% increase in the same incidents from January 2021. With this massive increase in incidents in the shorter month of February compared to January, all Law Enforcement must remain on high alert for the coming month of March.
The Intelligence Unit of Homeland Security has been hard at work identifying the major players in these incidents and have discovered that the most likely culprit is @Underground-Empire for a second month running, with 51 recorded incidents.
This is however not the biggest threat to face the banking industry across San Andreas. Whilst the Law Enforcement agencies of San Andreas were unable to stop any Bank Robberies attributed to the organisations @Tuga-Thugs and Black Bullets, we are happy to report that even their attempts combined together only total 17. The second most succesful organisation with a higher rate of incident was @Organization-Zero with 97.5% of their attempts being succesful followed by @The_Outfit with 26 succesful robberies, however the brave men and women of Law Enforcement succesfully scuppered 1 of their attempts respectively.
The organisation with the most amount of failed attempted Bank Robberies was @Medellín-Cartel with the lowest % chance of success going to @Los-Lunas thanks to the incredible work of Law Enforcement.
This month the Intelligence Division also delved into the time of these robberies. We have found that generally attempts in later intervals yield a worse police response, resulting in consistent succesful attacks.
21.12% of all attempted robberies took place in the AM, from 00:00 -> 12:00. There are 5 organisations listed below which bring this % up heavily and should be closely monitored in the AM hours. Robberies during this period are exceptionally likely to succeed leading to these organizations targeting these times.
For a full breakdown of the findings of the Intelligence Division please see below;
We have also been able to determine the impact on each individual branch.
We can say with certainty that the most commonly attacked bank is the branch located in Roca Escalante, Las Venturas for a second month running.
This branch was attacked a total of 74 times in February with 70 of those attacks resulting in no suspects apprehended. This is a 20% increase in success from the month of January. The likelihood of stopping an ongoing incident by Law Enforcement in Las Venturas is only 5.41%.
Law Enforcement's luck turned up more in Palamino Creek, Red County where we managed to apprehend suspects participating in 15of the 59 incidents in February. This is still a marked increase in overall success compared to the month of January.
Overall the success rate of these incidents has increased by 13% compared to January. It is now 85.75% likely on average that a bank robbery attempt will succeed.
For a full breakdown please see below;
These ongoing incidents are continually being monitored and all possible actions are being put in place to ensure the safety of the Citizens of San Andreas.
We will continue to update you on any developments.

Bank Robbery Stats - January Edition! Daryl replied in News and Announcements
Dear Citizens,
As another month has come to an end we must yet again reflect on the crime rate in San Andreas, specifically in the area of Bank Robberies.
Over the course of January there were a total of 296 incidents at Banks across San Andreas. This is a 6.32% drop in the same incidents from January 2020. We are seeing the counter measures being put in place by Law Enforcement take a small impact on these incidents on a year over year basis.
The Intelligence Unit of Homeland Security has been hard at work identifying the major players in these incidents and have discovered that the most likely culprit is @Underground-Empire who conducted 52 attacks on banks in the month of January.
This is however not the biggest threat to face the banking industry across San Andreas. Notorious criminal unit @The_Outfit - despite performing less attacks have a significantly higher success rate, in fact they have the highest success rate of any criminal enterprise. This will be an area of focus for Homeland Security and indeed all Law Enforcement for February.
Due to the incredible work of Law Enforcement there are two criminal organisations who are more likely to be apprehended in their attack on a bank than get away free. These are @CripZ and @Los-Lunas with success rates of 37.5% and 22.2% respectively.
For a full breakdown of the findings of the Intelligence Division please see below;
We have also been able to determine the impact on each individual branch.
We can say with certainty that the most commonly attacked bank is the branch located in Roca Escalante, Las Venturas.
This branch was attacked a total of 71 times in January with 53 of those attacks resulting in no suspects apprehended. (74.65%).
However, whilst only being attacked 63 times, the branch located in Financial, San Fierro resulted in the least amount of stopped incidents. With 54 of the 63 attacks resulting in no suspects apprehended. (85.71%)
Law Enforcement's luck turned up more in Palamino Creek, Red County where we managed to apprehend suspects participating in 16 of the 39 incidents in January.
For a full breakdown please see below;
These ongoing incidents are continually being monitored and all possible actions are being put in place to ensure the safety of the Citizens of San Andreas.
We will continue to update you on any developments.

List of Candidates - April 2020 Elections Daryl replied in Government Archive
Hey all,
Below are the current registered candidates for each region. This list is the same list of people who will be put forward for voting commencing April 1st.
PLEASE NOTE: No RP names will be used this time, it makes candidate names run off the page and hurts people running under RP names.
If there is any information not accurate please reach out on discord.
