Surrendering to the police.

It would be nice if we can go to police station to surrendering to the police to serve time.In real life, you can do that. It would works like "sur" command.

@Lincoln Sometimes there aren't available cops or they refuse to cooperate. As i said before, this will works like "sur" command, your will get -75% of your sentence time.

Better why admins don´t make a script to spawn bribes in the PD´s so you don´t need cops to cooperate
