Hello hello! The ~[L.W.S HQ]~(8db600) team have decided it's time to open our recruitment.

As always recruitment process is focused more on the applicant(s) effort and dedication, building, ability to focus, creativity, and lastly adequacy for the job, business as usual.

Along side the basic application format which is posted below will be a shortlist of 'x' amount of applicants. These shortlisted applicants will then be tested via the ~[L.W.S HQ]~(8db600).

Be advised our recruitment application process will end on ~[December 31st]~(red). During this time, you may edit your application.

Quality means, while serving as LWS staff always build maps the best way possible and communicate with the participants in a way to keep the level of amusement at the highest possible. Fun means don't forget its all about a game and people always log-in to have some good times.

Explain why you want to join L.W.S: Because I had the chance to use a construction panel in the past and I enjoy the process of creative thinking where you can make custom maps. I also, enjoy amusing people so being a part of an entertainment group will help me increase my communication skills.

Last month, I've noticed that I couldn't host any type of event so I had the courage to suggest in our community by posting on forums that you should give a chance to new players. Everybody have different ways of understanding these simple words but we should got the same great meanings and the profesionnel thing that going around here, the first thing that hit me up when i read this is the profisionalism in presenting the fun in exclusive and thoughtful way, that support the fact of repeating it during the year (or any time period) and no one will get bored of playing as long as none get tired, the fact of respecting the clients or participants and help them if they need support of understanding the event or help them in their rights, and the fact of presenting a neat event in all ways includes the build the information and the guid of the event.

Well, i'm always keeping an eye on this group and like the way you working in, i'd love the fact that im always wanna be a member and my interest in this wont go off, there is some reasons of my interest ofcourse and one of them is helping hosters in their needs whenever i have time to, also im active these months and doing some creative and funny things will be cool as i have a good energy to spent in this group and to host a lot of giveaways during my playtime.

"Exclusivity" represents LWS' exclusive service that no other groups can do which is hosting events for the community which makes it an exclusive group at it self.

"Quality" goes to the quality of LWS' members database and the quality of the service they provide.

"Fun" is the essential key to everything, It shall be always held as a priority in everything because without having fun in doing something it becomes tedious and while you're doing something that you find fun, it increases motivation that can enhance performance.

Explain why you want to join L.W.S:
Let me start by saying that LWS has always captivated my attention. It has a significant impact on the server from several perspectives since it encourages creativity in some people and brings out the best in others. I attempted to join back in 2017 for that reason, but I couldn't keep up my activity on the topic due to some real-life concerns, thus it got locked. Now I'm trying again.

There are a few other factors that motivate me to try to join LWS, but I'll be honest and admit that my main motivation is to use it to improve my organizing, building, and communication skills while also tomakeit easier for my gang-matesto host events without having to spend the entire day looking for an available LWS member.

LWS has a lot of responsibility because it's primarily focused on assisting players by offering their events hosting services. This is another reason I'd like to join LWS in an attempt to give back to the community.

Additionally, I think that running events and communicating with the participants simultaneously is a lot of fun.

Explain what you understand by our motto, "Exclusivity, Quality and Fun": Everyone can attach a different meaning to this Motto, but in my opinion, since there is no other event group from LWS, and all members of LWS have buids in different styles and have their own special types, this indicates the quality and exclusivity of their group. "Fun" and most importantly, it shows that the purpose of the group is to make everyone have fun at the events. In addition, the most important thing that determines the quality of the "LWS" group is that the newly recruited members are carefully selected, the recruited people know how to build very well and are creative. In addition, the most important thing that is required for the selected people is to be able to manage the events well.

Explain why you want to join L.W.S: Due to the low activity on the server, the "LWS" activity has also gradually decreased, people who want to hold events cannot hold Events for "Gangs and Squads" because they cannot find an "LWS Hoster". Explain why you want to join L.W.S: Well, I am gonna be complete honest, I believe that events is one thing making a server active if there are not any events People get bored doing sr or hunting down criminals or whatever basic activity there might is. They need to have various choices of having fun within the server,lately there was a lack of events not only on new and fun ones but also in at least the basics ones.I am talking about lms, fallout and stuff like that. Which was basically because there wasn't available lws members. Of course, don't take it as an attack to any of the group life goes on, and even boredom is totally acceptable. Explain what you understand by our motto, "Exclusivity, Quality and Fun": The motto represents the standards and the pillars of both the group and the events hosted by the group. The first word of the motto means presenting to the players a uniquely rare experience to ensure an enjoyable session for them. Quality is how the events should be represented to the players; the players will first judge an event by the way it looks, that is why Lightning World Sports ensures the necessity of the good looking of the map with the least flaws possible. Fun is what sadly the game lacks right now, but thankfully what the group is trying to revive by bringing an enjoyable and challenging experience that will let the players kill their time on and cure their boredom.

Explain what you understand by our motto, "Exclusivity, Quality and Fun": Making one unique event better than making alot of events with bad quality. This is my opinion to this motto.

Explain why you want to join L.W.S: I wanted to join LWS since I joined this server. Because, It's a unique group that stands for helping players and host events that make players have fun participating in it.

~[E]~(blue)xplain why you want to join L.W.S: Honestly, since i joined the server i wanted to be a part of this group and currently i see myself among the most suitable persons for such position, i believe i can help the host with complex events which requires experience with construction panel and mapping skills and such events are very important since they are the ones who make players have fun and doing the event exactly as the host wanted and seeing his reaction is something special to me and it means a lot really.

this is probably what derives from the old Quality over Quantity and still has a similar meaning.it means events
should be Quality unique and fun for evertbody
