Strengths: I like to do a large variety of things to keep the experience fresh and have fun with new people every time I play. Making new friends here to have different experiences with is what makes playing here fun.
With different groups already having a construction panel I have some slight experience with it and the MTA editor.
Weaknesses: Some people find my attitude annoying.

Why do you want to join us:
In my time on SAES there have been multiple situations were I wanted to build something nice and cool for example a squad/gang or group. The construction panel on various groups is limited were as the panel from ZIP has a large variety of objects which will help to further bring my building experience on SAES.

In brief: You will need to create a blueprint with any software you want then build it ingame with the public worker spawn and post it here while keeping the roleplay (Be sure to add images and descriptions).

Title: Treehouse villa

Description: A luxury villa inside the trees of RC. Used by the rich as a vacation home. House has the basic needs at a serious height! Not for the people with a fear of heights.

Can also be used for parties with buisness clients. Do be carefull of the alcohol intake as a fall from this height will kill you.
