How much time have you spent in each one and why did you leave/get kicked? :

• San Andreas Police Academy: I spent a month in order to acquire my ProCop diploma then left afterwards.


• National Narcotics Bureau: I left after a week because I didn't feel comfortable.


• Military Intelligence Section 6: I spent approximately 3 weeks then left to rejoin San Andreas Police Academy.


• San Andreas Police Academy: I rejoined, stayed for a month then left again as being an instructor was not my thing.


• Federal Bureau of Investigation: 5 months and then I decided it was time to give the other side a try.


• Tuga Thugs: I had the chance to be a part of Tuga Thugs for 5 years and until it closed.


• South Side Blazers: After Tuga Thugs closed, I went inactive then came back and joined South Side Blazers for 4 months. After a considerable amount of time being a criminal, I decided to go back to law side for good.

PART III : Rules check

Have you read the Full Pro Cops Guide?: Yes, I did.
What are the rules when spawning ''Dog''?
You may not spawn as "Dog" unless accompanied by a qualified handler. You are to remain with your handler at all times and may not act on your own, arrest, carry guns, use the radio or drive cars. Basically act as a real life police dog would.
Explain In 2 lines and with your OWN words the following PC Rules :

PC Rule N1 : Follow the server rules which can be found at F1 at all times or risk getting punished.
PC Rule N3 : You may not attempt to arrest players with 3 or less wanted level. You may however attempt to roleplay with them as long as you don't arrest them should they refuse to.
If arresting is not possible, you may instead kill the wanted player as a last resort. Violent players may be arrested on sight regardless of their wanted level. Arresting fellow officers is forbidden.
PC Rule N6 : You represent SAPD whilst part of PC so act accordingly. Respect the hierarchy and your superiors' orders and decisions.
PC Rule N9 : You are expected to sign in at the PC forum and the designated topic as soon as you are invited into ProCops. This allows PCD Detectives & SAPD HQ to keep track of who had joined PC and when. Failure to do so may result in removal from the group.

PART IV : Theoretical part

Explain for each scenario, what you would do. Include what each character does ( f.e animations, actions, commands, etc... ) (For each arrest that is made the suspect has to be read his rights. Failure to do so will include in denial of your Pro Cop application.) All scenarios are meant to be played out as uniformed officer in a marked cruiser.

You are on patrol and spot a civilian in a grey car performing an illegal U-turn and indicating late when turning. You decide to pull him over. He complies with your implication, following your signals to pull-over. You walk up to his vehicle, greet him, then politely request him to step out of the vehicle in order to speak to him. He then refuses to step out of the vehicle and responds with "I am not stepping out the vehicle, tell me why you have stopped me, officer."
Further on in the scene, he also demands you to show some identification of your own (Make an RP scenario and start it from when you attempt to pull him over. The parts of the written scenario have to be included but you're free to be creative.)

After two minutes of moving from one street to another, a grey sedan performs an illegal U-turn, indicating late when turning.

~[(RADIO San Fierro) Officer Grant:]~(orange) Dispatch, reporting a 10-66 with a grey sedan. Suspect did an illegal U-turn, potential 10-55, over.

~[/me flashes my red and blue lights to alert the driver to stop his vehicle]~(violet)

(Driver) complies by pulling over safely and switching off his engine

~[/me turns on the dash camera of the police vehicle]~(violet)

~[/me exits my vehicle, slowly approaching the grey sedan on the drivers' side]~(violet)

~[/me leans forward carefully in case the (Driver) could be armed]~(violet)

(Driver) pulls down the window

Officer Grant: Good afternoon, Sir. My name is Officer Grant. Could you please step out of the vehicle?
Driver: I am not stepping out of the vehicle, tell me why you have stopped me, Officer. I can't remember doing anything wrong.
Officer Grant: You performed an illegal U-turn and forgot to signal it in time. I am gonna need you to step out now.
Driver: I was distracted due to stress from work as I have just finished my shift.

~[/me notices the driver is starting to get nervous]~(violet)

Driver: May I see some identification please?
Officer Grant: Of course.

~[/me takes out my shiny ID badge on my chest and shows it to the (Driver) as requested]~(violet)

Driver: Thank you Officer.
Officer Grant: Getting to the point, this is a dual carriageway; you cant be doing U-turns here!! You pose a threat to other drivers. I will be issuing you a ticket. Please hand me your drivers license.
Driver: Sure Officer, but its in my wallet. May I reach for my back pocket?
Officer Grant: Yes you may, but after you step out of the car.
Driver: I dont want to. Im innocent!
Officer Grant: Sir, you have been asked politely. Please comply as itll make it easier for both of us.

(Driver) hesitates but realizes it is most sensible that he complies

Driver: Alright Officer, Ill step out.

(Driver) gets out of his car

(Driver) reaches for his wallet in his back trouser pocket, takes out his license and passes it to the Officer

Officer Grant: Thank you sir. Ill check over the details and Ill be back in a moment.
Driver: I'll be waiting for you sir.

~[/me enters my vehicle and takes my radio]~(violet)

~[(RADIO San Fierro) Officer Grant:]~(orange) #475 to dispatch, I need you to check a "George Edwards" for me, license plate is "FP6U3E", over.

A couple of minutes later

~[(RADIO San Fierro) Dispatch:]~(orange) Dispatch to #475, over.
~[(RADIO San Fierro) Officer Grant:]~(orange) Come in, over.
~[(RADIO San Fierro) Dispatch:]~(orange) Aside from a few parking tickets, he's in the clear. Nothing sucpicious about the vehicle too, over.
~[(RADIO San Fierro) Officer Grant:]~(orange) Copy that, over.

~[/me steps out of my vehicle and approaches the driver]~(violet)

Officer Grant: Looks like everything's in order. Here's your license sir.

~[/me as I lean in to take the license I was struck with a strong smell of alcohol inside the vehicle]~(violet)

Officer Grant: Sir, have you been drinking today? I can smell alcohol in the vehicle.
Driver: Only a couple of drinks Officer, nothing to worry about.

~[/me signals in the radio]~(violet)

~[(RADIO San Fierro) Officer Grant:]~(orange) #475 to Dispatch, DUI check, over.
~[(RADIO San Fierro) Dispatch:]~(orange) Dispatch to #475, 10-4, over.

Officer Grant: I will have to test your breath for alcohol to make sure youre not over the limit.

~[/me signals for the driver to step away from the road and walk over to me]~(violet)

(Driver) complies

~[/me unzips my top pocket and takes out my breathalyzer holding the tube up to the drivers mouth.]~(violet)

Officer Grant: please inhale and exhale 3 times here.
Officer Grant: Just in case you weren't aware, if your blood alcohol level is higher than 0.08 mL you're gonna be in trouble.

(Driver) begins to inhale and exhale as the Officer asked

~[/me hears the "beeping sound"]~(violet)

~[/me takes a look at the breathalyzer and checks the results]~(violet)

Officer Grant: Okay sir, it appears youre under the limit. Looks like Ill only be issuing you a ticket for your earlier conduct when you performed that illegal U-turn.

~[/me takes my radio and calls the result in]~(violet)

~[(RADIO San Fierro) Officer Grant:]~(orange) #475 to Dispatch, DUI check completed, driver passed, over.
~[(RADIO San Fierro) Dispatch:]~(orange) Dispatch to #475, 10-4, over.

~[/me returns to his patrol car and fills up a 50$ ticket]~(violet)

~[/me gets out of his vehicle and hands the driver his fine]~(violet)

(Driver) takes the ticket, take a quick look and puts it into his wallet

Driver: Will that be all Officer? Am I free to go now?
Officer Grant: That'll be all. You're free to go. Have a nice day!
Driver: Thank you Officer!

(Driver) enters his vehicle, turns on the engine and drives away

You've been patrolling around with your partner in downtown Los Santos when you suddenly come across a turf war with the Ballas against the Los Santos Vagos. Your tires have been popped which makes you not able to leave the scene.
Make a small scene where you and one of your partners use a chat on the radio, you must call back up, make sure you include your exact location and situation, describe the criminals, their gangs and used weapons.

As the casual patrolling routine as a Police Officer goes on, together with Officer Webster, we happened to be patrolling around in Los Santos, Downtown. Suddenly and out of the blue we heard sudden gun shots out of no where, even shots being fired right next to our police vehicle. What we saw weren't just suspicious activities. It was in fact a turf war between Ballas and the Los Santos Vagos, as we could identify by their looks and outfits. Gun shots happened to have hit our tires, leaving us unable to flee...

~[(RADIO Los Santos) Officer Grant:]~(orange) This is Unit #475 speaking, together with Unit #021, Officer Webster and I have come across an apparent turf war between the Ballas and Los Santos Vagos! I repeat: Penal Code 190.2 and 240. We are in dire need of assistance, over.
~[(RADIO Los Santos) Dispatch:]~(orange) Copy that Unit #475, can you provide your exact location, over.
~[(RADIO Los Santos) Officer Grant:]~(orange) We are located in Downtown, Los Santos, Midland Building, at the eastern side of the building. Need assistance!, over.
~[(RADIO Los Santos) Dispatch:]~(orange) 10-4, what's your current situation, over.
~[(RADIO Los Santos) Officer Webster:]~(orange) We are currently hiding behind our police vehicle. As the tires were popped we crashed into a tree. We're unable to escape the scene, over.
~[(RADIO Los Santos) Dispatch:]~(orange) Three patrol cars and a S.W.A.T. team are on their way, ETA 2 mikes, over.

Officer Grant: Webster! Are you okay? Does anything hurt?! Are you able to move freely?
Officer Webster: It seems like I can't move my right leg that easily, ugh. Something's hit me during the crash.

~[(RADIO Los Santos) Officer Grant:]~(orange) Officer Webster appears to be hurt, he's unable to walk after he sustained an injury in his right leg so we're stuck here for now, over.
~[(RADIO Los Santos) Dispatch:]~(orange) An ambulance has been dispatched to your location, ETA 3 mikes, over.

Officer Grant: We'll have to survive on our own, till backup arrives, Webster.
Officer Grant: I'll check the status, you listen, in the meantime please forward said information to Dispatch.

~[/me checks the current status by leaning over the wall]~(violet)

~[/me forwards information to Officer Webster]~(violet)

Officer Grant: Alright, so on the left I can see around 7 to 8 African-American ballas' wearing the same clothes; a purple t-shirt, purple beanie and white sneakers. One is wearing a white T-shirt, purple short pants and pink headband.
Officer Grant: On the right I'm seeing the Los Santos Vagos. It appears there's like 5 of them. 3 of them are shirtless, have lots of tattoos and are wearing yellow headbands and grey pants paired with grey sneakers. The other two are wearing white shirts, yellow headbands, grey pants and white sneakers. Some of them are carrying pistols while two or three appear to even have machine guns. Think I heard Uzi and UMP. I can as well hear deagle gunshots. Call it in right now, Webster! We don't have much time!

~[(RADIO Los Santos) Officer Webster:]~(orange) This is Officer Webster describing the criminals. 7 to 8 African-American ballas wearing almost the same clothes. White purple t-shirts, purple beanies and white sneakers. One is sporting a white T-shirt, short purple pants and a pink headband. They appear to use pistols, a deagle and machine guns such as Uzi and UMP, over.
~[(RADIO Los Santos) Dispatch:]~(orange) Copy that. Backup is on its way, ETA 1 mike tops. Get in position, over.

Officer Grant: Do you still have your pistol, Webster?! If so, throw it over to me! Someone's coming towards us! Quick!

~[/me turns around in Webster's direction, ready to grab the pistol]~(violet)

Officer Webster: Yes, I do! Here, take it!

~[/do Officer Webster throws the gun to Officer Grant]~(violet)

~[/me catches the pistol, checks ammunition, leans over the wall and starts shooting at the criminal]~(violet)

Officer Grant: I hit him in the leg! He's down. Where's the backup?! What the hell is taking so long?!
Officer Webster: I lost so much blood. I think I am going to pass out...

~[/me hears sirens wailing]~(violet)

Officer Grant: Hang on, can you hear the sirens? They're close by!

As the gang members continue shooting, backup arrives and prepares to take control of the situation.

Officer Grant: It's going to be alright, partner!

Officer Webster is taken into the ambulance with the help of the medics and his partner as they assure him he will be just fine

Ambulance drives off to Los Santos Hospital
