I left after having spent quite some time as its VL. It was time to make a change due to growing internal struggles.Tuga Thugs: For a month. I decided to leave during my probationary phase because I wanted to be a part of a more dynamic organization.Overdose Crime: More than half a year. Actually, I was a member of The Company at that time, however, I proposed to help out Overdose Crime, as they were allied with The Company. My efforts were quite fruitful, but its leader was not happy with me taking initiative, so I was kicked out, which led to the organizations' demise.Rogue 21: 6 months. After I was kicked, quite a lot of members left OC. We all made the mutual decision to create our own gang in order to do our own thing. I was its leader and we made it to level 2, but unfortunately, I had to announce my inactivity as I had to focus on my education. My HQ team also could not take charge for the same reason, therefore, we decided to close Rogue 21 in good terms.The Company: 3 years in total. Right after Rogue 21 died, I decided to join back The Company. I stayed there for quite a while, even had the chance to lead it with some wonderful people. You are not allowed to roam without a handler aka another person as it would not make sense to have a dog move around on its own. The same goes for using the radio. Dogs should ride in the back of 4-door vehicles, as in real life. Do not break them.PC Rule N3 : Arresting players with 3 or fewer stars is forbidden, alternatively, one may choose to roleplay with players, that deem to be no threat. Include what each character does ( f.e animations, actions, commands, etc... ) (For each arrest that is made the suspect has to be read his rights. Failure to do so will include in denial of your Pro Cop application.) All scenarios are meant to be played out as uniformed officer in a marked cruiser.You are on patrol and spot a civilian in a grey car performing an illegal U-turn and indicating late when turning. You decide to pull him over. He complies with your implication, following your signals to pull-over. You walk up to his vehicle, greet him, then politely request him to step out of the vehicle in order to speak to him. He then refuses to step out of the vehicle and responds with "I am not stepping out the vehicle, tell me why you have stopped me, officer."Further on in the scene, he also demands you to show some identification of your own (Make an RP scenario and start it from when you attempt to pull him over. The parts of the written scenario have to be included but you're free to be creative.)For reference:Name for the Officer on patrol: Officer Steven KrunkerUnit number & callsign: 1754You will see text in italic indicating actions that would be performed in-game. Party is in a grey sedan, license plate ADAM MARY KING 4-2-9-4Driver has been spotted doing an illegal U-turn, possible 10-55, going Code-9 with a vehicle(Dispatch): 1754, 10-4After Officer Krunker receives the response from Dispatch, he exits his vehicle and cautiously approaches the suspects' vehicle. He sees the driver, however, his window on the drivers' side is still lowered. He proceeds to tap on the window alongside a hand gesture so that he lowers his window /me taps on the window of the DriverDriver lowers his windowOfficer Steven Krunker: Good evening sir. My name is Officer Krunker from SAPD. May you turn off your engine, please?Driver shuts off the engineOfficer Steven Krunker: Do you know why I pulled you over?Driver: Can't tell. I have been following traffic laws just fine. I am also in a hurry, so may you tell me why you pulled me over?Officer Steven Krunker: You have done an illegal U-turn back there points at the area, where the driver committed the traffic violation (/point + /me points at the area). On top of that, you did not use any turn signals to indicate your approach.Driver: I can't recall that.Driver acts as if he has done nothing wrongOfficer Steven Krunker: Alright sir, may you please step out of the vehicle?Driver: Officer, I am late for my appointment. I do not have time for this. I am not stepping out of the vehicle, tell me why you have stopped me, officer.Officer Steven Krunker: Sir, I already told you why I stopped you. I only need you to comply with my instructions and you can be on your way again.Driver: I have not seen any sort of identification. Officer, can you show me your badge?Officer Krunker takes out his badge, and is showing it to the Driver (/me takes out my badge and visibly points it to the driver)Officer Steven Krunker: May you step out of your vehicle now sir.Driver: Very well.Driver steps out of the vehicleOfficer Krunker makes sure, that there is no traffic that could endanger bothOfficer Krunker faces the Driver. Resuming patrol 10-30.(Dispatch): 1754 10-4Officer Krunker enters his squad car and proceeds with his patrolYou've been patrolling around with your partner in downtown Los Santos when you suddenly come across a turf war with the Ballas against the Los Santos Vagos. Your tires have been popped which makes you not able to leave the scene.Make a small scene where you and one of your partners use a chat on the radio, you must call back up, make sure you include your exact location and situation, and describe the criminals, their gangs and used weapons.Turns the car to the side for cover.Frantically exits the vehicle and crouches behind the car to take cover.Takes the hand radio and radios Dispatch(Radio to Dispatch): 1754 to Dispatch, Code 0, Code 0, shots fired, shots fired. Officers in need of help. We are pinned down in downtown Los Santos, Market Boulevard. We have multiple armed criminals that are shooting each other. Our car has been shot! We cannot leave. There are at least 9 individuals with semi-automatic weapons. We cannot get a good look on the criminals, we are being fired upon! They appear to be from gangs, one side is wearing purple and the other is wearing yellow. Send backup now!(Dispatch): 1754, 10-4, Backup is on its way, Code-0.(Radio to Dispatch): Multiple suspects have been shot! 11-41 to my location.(Dispatch): 1754 10-4(Incoming Unit 1987 to Dispatch): 1987 to Dispatch, unit on scene 10-2. Suspects are fleeing the scene. 10-57F towards LS downtown, close to Ammu Nation. 10-12 to cut them off.(Dispatch): 4913 10-4 an additional unit is en-route.(EMS to Dispatch): We have the downed officer inside the ambulance. His partner is inside as well. Moving to Los Santos General Hospital.(Unit 1987 to Dispatch): 1987, dispatch, we need air support. 10-9 We lost visual of the suspects.(Dispatch): 1987 10-4, it is already on its way.(HU-13 to Dispatch): HU-13 to Dispatch, we are in the air. Heat signatures show no visual on suspects. We keep circling around until we see something. Anything on the ground?(Dispatch): Negative, HU-13.(Dispatch): 1987 10-10 requesting update(Unit 1987 to Dispatch): 1987 still no visual. I think we have lost them.(Dispatch): 1987 10-4(Dispatch): Dispatch to all units, 5 gang members with the following description are still at large. 3 afro-American men with purple shirts, armed with semi-automatic weapons. 2 Latin American suspects with yellow shirts, were also armed. Secure a perimeter around the crime scene. More units are incoming to provide support.Unfortunately, the suspects managed to escape. The Officer that has been shot was safely delivered to the hospital. His wounds have been treated.
