What are the rules when spawning ''Dog''? Dogs are only permitted to talk in private chats. Dogs can also communicate with acts and reaction such as woofing and so on. You are only permitted to spawn as dog If you have a handler with you and handler must be aware of rules. Police dogs cannot arrest but slow down the wanted players by biting them. Dogs may not act on their own and must be stay with their handler all the time. Dogs can only ride on the back seat of a 4-door vehicle such as FBI Ranchers and Enforcers. Police dogs spawn without any weapon and are not permitted to carry any kind of weapon and , police dogs can't use radio

Explain In 2 lines and with your OWN words the following PC Rules :

PC Rule N1 :Once you are new in SAES you will have some commands, press F1 and you will find some rules, these are the server rules, respect them and learn how to avoid breaking them because you may get jailed or even worst, like getting banned or kicked from your current organization. Nowadays most of the new players are getting jailed because of the ''DM rule'' so be careful.
PC Rule N3 :If you think that you are ready to join the Pro Cops or having a Pro Cop diploma, you probably should know that you are not allowed to arrest criminals under 3 stars, do you know why? basically, because it will show a bad reputation to yourself and to other cops, not only criminals also cops, in some cases criminals that have a small number of stars will be afraid and maybe they will shoot, you are allowed to arrest him, Only in this situation.
PC Rule N6 :Once you have joined San Andreas Police Department, you will be an example for some players so you have to keep in mind that you should respect every single SAPD not only them but all the community, show that you worth it, also avoid being a retard
PC Rule N9 :Once you are invited into PC group, make sure you signed into ProCops forum to avoid some problems if they are detected or even to get a proof in case you are kicked, prove shows that you were a member, also put in mind that modifying or editing your Post is not allowed at all

One of the requirments to join SAPD is being an active squad member for atleast a month.

It means you should become an Official squad member first before applying.
