Have you read the Full Pro Cops Guide?: Yes, I did.
What are the rules when spawning ''Dog''? A dog should not roam alone means without a handler. It cant use the radio, as he isnt allowed to talk in open chat, it has to talk with his handler in separated chat. A dog cant carry any kind of weapons. while patrolling he must sit in the backseat of the a 4-door vehicle. Police dog cant act by his own he has to obey his handler orders and listen to him. A dog handler can be any kind of law enforcement unit.

Explain In 2 lines and with your OWN words the following PC Rules :

PC Rule N1 : this rule means that you should not break the server rules. This rule is simple as it sounds: like you have to play under the law. You shouldnt break it in order to prevent getting punished. You can find the rules by pressing F1 in-game and you can find it in discord as well, some examples of the rules: dont park-arrest or kill. In general while playing we have to stick with the rules .
PC Rule N3 : this rule means you arent allowed to arrest 3 stars wanted level or lower players. You can offer them RP but if they refuse you arent allowed to arrest them. If you see that a criminal is being a threat for your safety or public safety you are allowed to arrest him regardless to their wanted level, as well you cant arrest players that are spawned as cops. If you cant find any way to arrest a criminal you can kill him, you are allowed to take him down in this case.
PC Rule N6 : This rule means to be respectful to everyone especially show respect to the rank hierarchy which means the PCD and SAPD HQ. They have been assigned to their job for some reason, dont think they got they rank by relaxing. You are now representing SAPD so you have to act mature and responsible. You are no longer a trainee, you do belong to SAPD. Show all the respect to everyone, talk politely to everyone who talks to you and dont fight back when someone insults you as you can report him to an admin or to his HQ.
PC Rule N9 : This rule means once you has been invited to SAPD, you have to sign-in at the PC forum, if you failed this step and PCD detectives find out you are PC who hasnt signed in you may be kicked since you have no proof that you are part of SAPD. Also, you are not allowed to edit your PC sign-in after you post it. In case if you edited it, this will be considered fraud.

PART IV : Theoretical part
1-~/me and /do will be displayed in green color , The character's name will be between brackets at the end of the message for the /do command. For the /me command, the character's name will be before the message
2- Animations will be displayed in a pink color
3-Third person point of view will have an italic font.
4-POLICE MEGAPHONE: will be displayed in bleu color

Explain for each scenario, what you would do. Include what each character does ( f.e animations, actions, commands, etc... ) (For each arrest that is made the suspect has to be read his rights. Failure to do so will include in denial of your Pro Cop application.) All scenarios are meant to be played out as uniformed officer in a marked cruiser.

You are on patrol and spot a civilian in a grey car performing an illegal U-turn and indicating late when turning. You decide to pull him over. He complies with your implication, following your signals to pull-over. You walk up to his vehicle, greet him, then politely request him to step out of the vehicle in order to speak to him. He then refuses to step out of the vehicle and responds with "I am not stepping out the vehicle, tell me why you have stopped me, officer."
Further on in the scene, he also demands you to show some identification of your own (Make an RP scenario and start it from when you attempt to pull him over. The parts of the written scenario have to be included but you're free to be creative.)
18th June 2019 was a very special day for Micheal Caponigro. It was his first day as an official officer in the downtown PD. Today He will start his day by going on duty to patrol around the downtown with his partner officer Jesse Grey after the two officers got ready it's now time to roll on.
(RADIO Las Venturas) J. Greey: Adam #996 to Central, Status 1 ,10-30, current-20 LVPD, 10-8, over.
(RADIO Las Venturas) Dispatcher: Central to A-996, 10-4, marking you 10-8, over.
While the two officers were patrolling around LV they spotted a civilian in a grey car performing an illegal U-turn and lately indicating late when turning.
J. Greey puts his coffee in the cup holder and points towards the car.
Local: Officer J. Greey: Go after him Micheal.
M. Caponigro extends his right hand to the sirens control panel,
J. Greey takes the radio hanging from the dash and presses the PTT button, as he clearly speaks:
(RADIO Las Venturas) J. Greey: Adam #996 to Central, 10-55 on progress, 10-20 St. Whiterose Bar, code 1, over.
(RADIO Las Venturas) Dispatcher: Central to A-996,10-4, over.
POLICE MEGAPHONE: This is the San Andreas Police Department, pull over on the right side of the road!
The civilian didnt resist and immediately cooperated with the order. And stopped the car on the right side of the road. Officer Caponigro turns on his right indicator, parks his car behind the truck making a 30 angle with the white line. Officer J. Greey steps out of the car and approaches the car. There will be an unknow man sitting on the driver seats.
(RADIO Las Venturas) M. Caponigro: Adam #996 to Central, were code 6 at the same 10-20, over.
J. Greey takes a look at the cars plate while holding his radiophone in his hand, then starts transmitting.
What would I read on the license plate? (J. Greey)
[License plate number would be: Hu5ink (Unknown Driver)
(RADIO Las Venturas) J. Greey: Adam #996 to Central, requesting a license plate check on Hu5ink, over.
(RADIO Las Venturas) Dispatcher: Central to A-996, 10-4, the plate is registered to Mike Brown, its clear, over.
J. Greey knocks on the cars trunk, as he leaves his fingerprint on it.
Local: Officer J. Greey: Roll down your window sir, turn off the engine and put your hands on the steering wheel where I can see them.
The driver rolls down the window, turn off the engine and puts his hand where he has been told.
[J. Greey puts his radiophone back on the belt, and goes close to the window.

Local: Officer J. Greey: Hello sir! This is officer J. Greey from the San Andreas Police Department.
J. Greey points to his badge.
The drivers face turns red and starts to stutter (the driver)
Local: the driver: Hello sir, whats wrong? Why am I pulled over?
Local: Officer J. Greey: sir, we have pulled you over for performing an illegal U-turn and indicating late when turning, I will need to see your license, registration and proof of insurance, please.
Local: the driver: its in the gloves compartment box, I am getting them for you sir.
The driver reaches his gloves compartment box to get his license and all the asked documents
Local: the driver: heres it sir
The driver gives his documents to the officer.
J. Greey takes the documents with both hands, with a fake smile on his lips.
J. Greey looks to the ID and reads the driver name

Local: Officer J. Greey: Alright Mr. brown I will need you to step out of the car and wait me outside the car until I come back.

the officer J. Greey walks to the car, opens the door and sits in.

Local: Officer M. Caponigro: Alright.
J. Greey pulls the mobile digital computer closer, logs in and searches for Mike Brown
From far away you could see that the driver is getting way nervous like he wasnt having a good day already or he may be scared. (the driver)
What comes back for Mike brown? Would any of the licences be faked? (J. Greey)
The driver will come back clean, no warrants. (the driver)
J. Greey inspects the results then logs out of the mobile data terminal.

Local: The Driver: Alright sir I believe I have to pay for my fault.
J. Greey reaches for his side pocket, takes the ticketbook and his pen and opens a new page.

J. Greey fills the blanks while holding the drivers license, then signs the ticket.

J. Green finishes writing the ticket and rips off the ticketbook and gives the documents to the driver.
Local: Officer J. Greey: Heres you ticket sir and your docs.

Local: Officer J. Greey: alright sir you are free to go now, have a nice day, stay safe!
Local: The Driver: Thanks officer, this will be my last ticket for sure!
The driver enters his car and leaves the scene.

You've been patrolling around with your partner in downtown Los Santos when you suddenly come across a turf war with the Ballas against the Los Santos Vagos. Your tires have been popped which makes you not able to leave the scene.Make a small scene where you and one of your partners use a chat on the radio, you must call back up, make sure you include your exact location and situation, describe the criminals, their gangs and used weapons.

The incident took place last month. It was 10 am in a sunny day, officer J. Greey and his partner A. Hank were patrolling around Los Santos as usual. Suddenly, they heard some heavy blasts and there was some fire that could be slightly seen on the horizon.
His face looked so confused (J. Greey)
Local: Officer J. Greey: That was fireworks or I really heard gunshots?
Local: Officer A. Hank: Who will be celebrating at 10 am? This is definitely gun-shooting.
Officer J. Greey looks way confused, and tries to stay focused on the road (J. Greey)
Officer A. Hank points with his finger toward the Grove Street.
Local: Officer A. Hank: the sound sounds coming from this direction, lets follow it.
Officer J. Greey turns on the emergency lights.
Officer J. Greey accelerated his speed until he reached the Grove Street.
The street looks clear until now. (A. Hank)
While the two officers were trying to figure out from where the sound of shooting is coming from, four armed gang members showed up from nowhere and started to shoot toward the police car, at this moment the two officers realized that they came across a turf war with the Ballas against the Los Santos Vagos.
Local: Officer A. Hank: Get us out of here!
Officer J. Greey robustly hits the gas pedal.
But suddenly the car stopped 5 meters away.
The tires have been popped. (A. Hank)
Would the gang notice that the car has been stopped? (A. Hank)

The gang members run towards the police car and reload their rifles preparing to shoot at the car
Local: Officer A. Hank: Fast! take cover, they are coming for us.
Both officers took the car as cover for them while the gangsters start shooting at the car.
J. Greey Grabs his radiophone and taps the PTT button.
(RADIO Las Venturas) J. Greey: Adam #996 to Central, we are under heavy fire, I repeat we are under fire in Grove Street, seems we have crossed a turf zone. Requesting back-up immediately with code 0. Repeat, CODE 0!
(RADIO Las Venturas) Dispatcher: Central to A-996, 10-4, SWAT team en-route,10-77 5 minutes, hold your position 10-6, over.
Local: Officer A. Hank: we have to fight back until the backup arrives.
Local: Officer J. Greey: cover me, I need to pick up the shotgun form inside of the car.
J. Greey ducks, walks slowly towards the car and opens the front door.
A. Hank takes his Glock-19 out of his hostler and shoots back.
J. Greey reaches to the cars gun rack, unlocks the shotgun, picks it up and fills it with two 16 gauge rounds that he took from his armors pocket.
J. Greey closes the door, gets back fast to his position and starts firing, the gang members also shoot back.
Would I hit any of the cops? (Gang member)
1 bullet would hit me on the shoulder (A. Hank)
While both officers were shooting back, officer Hank got a bullet in his shoulder that took him down (/injured). J. Greey went close to his partner to check if he is still alive at the same time he was shooting back
Local: Officer J. Greey: Partner! Hank! Stay awake, isnt a serious injure. We can pass this, backup is coming!
(RADIO Las Venturas) SWAT Officer: David #136 to Adam #996, 10-76 to your location, ETA 2 minutes, over.
Local: Officer A. Hank: Keep fighting mate, I will be fine.
J. Greey Grabs his radiophone and starts reporting:
(RADIO Las Venturas) J. Greey: Adam #996 to Central, Officer down here! He has been shot in the shoulder, requesting EMS, over.
Feeling too exhausted to fight back more. (J. Greey)
As both officers were feeling exhausted and have no more power to fight back, suddenly 3 SWAT tanks showed up and parked in front of the two officers car to cover them. the SWAT team got out of their tanks and aimed at the gang members. At the same time snipers took place on close roofs and swat helicopter could be seen in the sky
SWAT MEGAPHONE: This your last warning, drop your guns down and put your hands up or we will open fire! I repeat we will start shooting if you dont surrender right now!
Would the Gang members surrender? (SWAT officer.)
Yes, all the gang members would surrender. (The gang members)
The gang members dropped their guns down as they realised they are surrounded and there is no way to escape. ~[(/touch)
SWAT MEGAPHONE: GET ON THE GROUND NOW!
Gang members (/wasted)
The SWAT team slowly walked toward the gang members and cuffed them.
SWAT officer presses his mic clip and starts transmitting.
(RADIO Las Venturas) SWAT officer: SWAT team 10-2 on last turfing location, ALL the suspects have surrendered and arrested we are taking them to the HQs, code 4, over.
The SWAT team got all the gang members arrested and the two officers have been taken care of at the local hospital
