What are the rules when spawning ''Dog''?

. Dogs are not able to arrest.
. Dogs are not able to talk in mainchat / LocalChat.
. Dogs are not able to use weapons / drive cars.
. Dogs are not able to spawn without a handler.
. You have to act like a real life dog.
. How many dispatchers can be spawned at a time : Six dispatchers.
. How many cities can one dispatcher handle : One for each dispatcher.

Explain In 2 lines and with your OWN words the following PC Rules :

PC Rule N1 : You ought to play by the rules that can be found in F1 and most importantly follow them, not following these rules may lead you to a disciplinary action by the SAES Admin team
PC Rule N3 : Avoid arresting people with a wanted level of 3 or less, unless they are trying to protect another wanted people around or they acting violently, don't arrest cops. Always try to arrest, if you don't have any alternative then kill.
PC Rule N6 : Don't be rude to individuals or harass them. Even once others are rude, attempt to be kind. Respect the rank hierarchy among SAPD.
PC Rule N9 : If you don't sign up, you may get removed, which means there's no legal way to prove you were pc, if you ever accidentally get removed.
You aren't allowed to edit your PC sign up after you've got signed in. If you do this can be considered fraud. You're no longer allowed to edit the info you've got provided the primary time.

PART IV : Theoretical part

• Explain for each scenario, what you would do. Include what each character does ( f.e animations, actions, commands, etc... ) (For each arrest that is made the suspect has to be read his rights. Failure to do so will include in denial of your Pro Cop application.) All scenarios are meant to be played out as uniformed officer in a marked cruiser.

1 - You are on patrol and spot a civilian in a grey car performing an illegal U-turn and indicating late when turning. You decide to pull him over. He complies with your implication, following your signals to pull-over. You walk up to his vehicle, greet him, then politely request him to step out of the vehicle in order to speak to him. He then refuses to step out of the vehicle and responds with "I am not stepping out the vehicle, tell me why you have stopped me, officer."
Further on in the scene, he also demands you to show some identification of your own (Make an RP scenario and start it from when you attempt to pull him over. The parts of the written scenario have to be included but you're free to be creative.)

Civilian: Oh for god's sakes

~[/me opens the door of the cruiser and steps out]~(violet)

~[/me heads to the suspect's vehicle]~(violet)

~[Jesse:]~(skyblue) Greetings mister, this is Officer Jesse.

Civilian: Hello officer, what's wrong?

~[Jesse:]~(skyblue) Sir, Could you leave your car, please?

Civilian: I'm sorry but I have been quite busy and stressed out lately. I have to double-check before I step out of my car, can I see your badge, please.

~[Jesse:]~(skyblue) Sir, here is my badge.

~[/me shows his badge and identifies himself]~(violet)

Civilian: Alright sir, sorry I had to double-check to make things sure.

~[Jesse:]~(skyblue) I need your car's registration papers and your driving license please.

Civilian: A moment please.

~[Civilian enters his car]~(blue)

~[Civilian gets the papers out of the car box then hands them to the officer]~(blue)

~[Jesse:]~(skyblue) Taking U-turns aren't allowed on this street sir, did you miss the sign on the road ? You were seen doing it at north Las Venturas.

Civilian: Oh my days, it's just that my daughter is in the hospital and I was so worried about her that I didn't even notice what I did on the road.

~[/me takes the papers]~(violet,violet)

~[/me reads the ID information]~(violet)

~[Jesse:]~(skyblue) Alright, stand by please.

~[/me heads to the police car]~(violet)

~[/me enters his vehicle and boots up the MDC and search the records for his first and last name]~(violet)

~[Jesse:]~(skyblue) ~[/do Would the search show any previous illicit records?]~(violet)

Civillian: ~[/do No, the records would be clean]~(violet)

~[/me logs out of the MDC and proceeds to get back to the driver]~(violet)

~[/me gets out of the vehicle and heads to George's car]~(violet)

~[Jesse:]~(skyblue) Alright, your past looks clear now but I still have to write you a ticket since you broke the traffic rule

~[Civilian calms down]~(blue)

Civilian: That's totally fine officer.

~[/me writes a $60 ticket]~(violet)

~[/me gives the ticket to George]~(violet)

~[Jesse:]~(skyblue) You should pay this ticket by the end of the month

Civillian: Alright, sir got it.

~[Civilian gets in his vehicle and drives away]~(blue)

2 - You've been patrolling around with your partner in downtown Los Santos when you suddenly come across a turf war with the Ballas against the Los Santos Vagos. Your tires have been popped which makes you not able to leave the scene.
Make a small scene where you and one of your partners use a chat on the radio, you must call back up, make sure you include your exact location and situation, describe the criminals, their gangs and used weapons.

~[(RADIO Los Santos) Jesse:]~(yellow) A-#041 to COMMS, 10-12, code 0 I repeat code 0. We stopped near Las Colinas, Los Santos. there is a turf war. Criminals are shooting absolutely everything on their sight, be careful, we can't leave the area, over.

~[(RADIO Los Santos) Robert:]~(yellow) Roger that officer, SAPD units L-#238 and L-#456 are on way, ETA 6 mins, 10-1. 10-17, could you describe the scene and the members? over.

~[(RADIO Los Santos) Jesse:]~(yellow) There is a huge amount of criminals, they did split into two waves. The first group of members is shirtless, they wear yellow bandanas, black khaki pants, gray sneakers and got tattoos. others wear white tanks top, yellow bandanas, beige khaki pants, white and black sneakers. And some of them are bald-headed, wearing white tanks top, yellow bandanas, dark blue shorts, knee high white socks and sandals, over.

~[(RADIO Los Santos) Robert:]~(yellow) What about the other wave?, over.

~[(RADIO Los Santos) Jesse:]~(yellow) The first group of the second wave wears black pants, purple jackets, beige khaki pants, sunglasses and black hi-top sneakers. The second group was full of overweight members wearing a purple bandana, black jeans and white sneakers, over.

~[(RADIO Los Santos) Robert:]~(yellow) Those are Vagos; Mexican/Latino and Ballas are an African/American, two of the most large and most powerful street gangs based in Los Santos. Are there more details?, over.

~[(RADIO Los Santos) Jesse:]~(yellow) The cars there were Tornado, Herme, Vodoo, Tahoma, Greenwood and Sabre. As for weapons during the war, they carry Micro-UZI Tec9's SMG's AK47's Baseball bats, Pistols and Shotguns, over.

~[/me puts down the radio back in place]~(violet)

~[Few minutes later]~(blue)

~[(RADIO Los Santos) Robert:]~(yellow) SAPD units L-238 and L-456 10-2, all units take cover and start shooting, over.

~[Jesse and his partner leave the car]~(blue)

~[Criminals start shooting to the officers]~(blue)

~[Jesse's partner gets shot]~(blue)

~[/me immediately grabs the radio from his belt]~(violet)

~[(RADIO Los Santos) Jesse:]~(yellow) Officer down, I repeat, officer down 10-99, code 0, over.

~[(RADIO Los Santos) Jimmy:]~(yellow) This is San Andreas Medics unit 250, responding to the last call, 10-20, over.

~[(RADIO Los Santos) Jesse:]~(yellow) Las Colinas, Los Santos. Hurry up please, over.

~[(RADIO Los Santos) Jimmy:]~(yellow) 10-4, over

~[/me attaches his radio to the belt back]~(violet)

~[Jesse:]~(skyblue) Stay alive officer, assistance is on the way.

~[Few minutes later]~(blue,blue)

~[(RADIO Los Santos) Jesse:]~(yellow) A-210, 10-9, losing visual contact with the suspects, last seen on the third street, next to Jefferson motel, Las Colinas, over.

~[(RADIO Los Santos) Robert:]~(yellow) All available San Andreas Police Department units, block the street next to the motel, over

~[/me sees few criminals getting in a van and trying to escape]~(violet,violet)

~[/me aims at the van]~(violet)

~[Jesse:]~(skyblue) Get down on your knees, put down those guns and raise your hands up and I want to hear only your breath.

~[ Criminals ignore Jesse's orders and take off.]~(blue)

~[Jesse:]~(skyblue) ~[/me lowers and holsters his weapon as he watches them escape.]~(violet)

~[Jesse:]~(skyblue) ~[/do It is too dark for Jesse to see well enough to make a shot.]~(violet)

~[Suspects run away with the van]~(blue)

~[Jimmy arrives at the scene and puts the hurt officer in the ambulance with the help of his partner]~(blue)

~[Jimmy takes him to Los Santos hospital]~(blue)

I'd like to point some remarks we have about your application, which you can amend in the next days before we give an answer:

• Part III. has to be completely rewritten due to not explaining the rules asked.


• In Part IV. you have to correct your mistakes regarding the usage of /do in your scenarios. Also we suggest you to use more out of it.


• The first scenario in Part IV. has to be corrected in order to match the pre-story. ( Civilian refuses to step out of the vehicle etc.. )


• Correct your mistakes in the second scenario of Part IV by changing the scenario to be more realistic. ( You alone won't be able to arrest a whole group of armed gang members. )
