PART III : Rules check

Have you read the Full Pro Cops Guide? : Yes.
What are the rules when spawning ''Dog''? : Cannot carry any weapon or gadgets, and it is strictly used for dog roleplays, cannot use radio or just roam by it self it needs to have a handler.
Dogs can only sit in a 4 seater car in the back.

Explain In 2 lines and with your OWN words the following PC Rules :

PC Rule N1 : You have to respect and follow the server rules at all times during your stay on the SAES:RPG server, so you can enjoy the game play and know what you can and can not do.
PC Rule N3: You are not allowed to arrest players with wanted level of 3 or less stars, even if they refuse to roleplay with you, still you are not allowed to arrest those players. You can not arrest other players spawned as police officers. If the player you are chasing is not willing to stop and end the chase with a roleplay, you are allowed to go on and arrest him. If there is absolutely no way you can arrest the suspect you are allowed to kill him.
PC Rule N6 : If your wanted level is 3 or higher you must not spawn as PC, you should spawn as another class and lose your wanted level before you can use the PC spawn. You are not allowed to continue your patrolling duty if you get a wanted level, you have to find a way to loose your wanted level to continue to patrol. You are not allowed to use the PC spawn to get to bank robberies fast if you already are part of a official squad with a spawn. However if you are PC but your squad does not have a spawn you are allowed to use the spawn to respond to the robberies.
PC Rule N9 : You have to sign in the PC forum, once you are part of the PCs. You have to validate yourself there and by doing so confirm that that indeed is you. Failing to do so might result in your removal from the PC. Any information you have initially added about you can not be edited later on and is final.

PART IV : Theoretical part

Explain for each scenario, what you would do. Include what each character does ( f.e animations, actions, commands, etc... ) (For each arrest that is made the suspect has to be read his rights. Failure to do so will include in denial of your Pro Cop application.) All scenarios are meant to be played out as uniformed officer in a marked cruiser.

You are on patrol and spot a civilian in a grey car performing an illegal U-turn and indicating late when turning. You decide to pull him over. He complies with your implication, following your signals to pull-over. You walk up to his vehicle, greet him, then politely request him to step out of the vehicle in order to speak to him. He then refuses to step out of the vehicle and responds with "I am not stepping out the vehicle, tell me why you have stopped me, officer."
Further on in the scene, he also demands you to show some identification of your own (Make an RP scenario and start it from when you attempt to pull him over. The parts of the written scenario have to be included but you're free to be creative.)

Officer.Simens: Of course, sir, you are in your right to do so.
Officer.Simens: takes his badge out of his belt and shows it to the suspect.
Officer.Simens: Now sir, I'd like you to step out of the car!
Suspect: I'm not stepping out of the vehicle, tell me why you've stopped me officer.
Officer.Simens: Alright sir, see these two double continuous lines? You just crossed them with an illegal U-turn. Sir, you just performed an illegal U-turn in the middle of a very busy street therefore I'm asking you to step out of the vehicle and give me your license and registration!
Suspect: I`m so sorry officer I did not know I'm not allowed to turn my vehicle around there, I really am in a hurry, I have to go get the kids from school and I'm running late, please let me go.
Officer.Simens: Sir, please step out of the vehicle and hand me your documents.
~[The suspects would step out of the car with guilt and hand me the license and registration and his ID card.]~(magenta)

Officer.Simens: Sir, you have no previous records of breaking the law which is good. The thing is I can not let you go as of endangering others on the road, I'm going to have to hand you a fine of $500 for crossing a double line with an illegal U turn.
Suspect: I understand officer, I try to stick to the rules but I really am in a hurry and cannot argue...
~[Officer.Simens takes out a ticket and writes down the details of Mr. Michael Reynalds into the fine.]~(violet)

You've been patrolling around with your partner in downtown Los Santos when you suddenly come across a turf war with the Ballas against the Los Santos Vagos. Your tires have been popped which makes you not able to leave the scene.
Make a small scene where you and one of your partners use a chat on the radio, you must call back up, make sure you include your exact location and situation, describe the criminals, their gangs and used weapons.

Dear @Icy ,
Thank you for your interest in becoming a qualified officer of the San Andread Police Department.
We have read your application carefully and here I'd like to point some remarks you'll have to fix in the coming days:

• Part I -First off we'd like you to extend your introduction, take it easy, just let us know a bit more.


• Part III - You'll definitelly have to fix your explaination of PC rule number 6 as you described rule number 8 instead.


• Part IV - There are a few mistakes, I'd like to point them out below:

1. We like how you used /me and /do but still we could find places where you made some mistakes like this:
   "Officer.Simens: takes his badge out of his belt and shows it to the suspect." That's obvious It was supposed to be a /me, fix that line.


2. We could find what's called powergaming in your scenarios. Make sure both roleplayers agree on reviewed situation, so checking driver's documents in scenario one you could clearly ask /do Would player 1 find anything suspicious about player 2? and so..


3. Lack of radio codes, there are situations where you could elucidate your radio messages naturally by the use of them but you did not (as in the first line of your RP 1).


4. Scenario two is way too short to proceed with, elaborate on it, be more creative. We could pass by the first one but your second RP doesn't look like an RP at all.


5. Stick to the scenarios you have to follow. Scenario 2 says it's going to be a war between Ballas and the Los Santos Vagos.

Make sure you have fixed all the mentioned mistakes in the upcoming days. Your application goes ~[PENDING]~(orange)
