Your strengths: Since i have been playing for years on this server, i can firstly mention how i can solve anything could come to me if i do Staff duty. I'm calm person during when dealing with any problem or an issue and basically focused on ''how to make or solve it better'' instead of ''either getting stuck on the problem or ignore it''. I've been a hq on a group for a decent time and managed to learn how to get better on these subjects and provide better solutions with zero emotion whatever decide requires me to at the end.

Reason for application: I would love to devote and use myself towards such an administrative position that I can enjoy doing. I wish to join to help, manage and extend the reach of the server. I would like such a community to grow more and more and be a huge success on MTA. I would help get rid of rule breakers or help new players in any way that makes them comfortable.. Your strengths: I think one of my biggest strengths that define my character is the experience. As I have stated previously, I have been a member of this community for almost 11 years by now. In this meantime, I have been part of and contributed in a number of leadership positions such as leading the Cuban Embassy, being the Vice Leader of Tuga Thugs, founding and currently leading my already 1-year-old gang Killing Joke and nowdays also Leading another CLO Support group named Lazarus. Being in such positions of authority has taught me how to deal with the players, and people in general. I am very much accustomed to everything related to the community, how things work, what are the usual problems that arise daily for the players and so on, as I have been constantly connected with everyone around me. Another key important strength I would like to highlight is my devotion. How long you have been playing: I started playing in 2012, at the time I a part of the criminal part of the server among RDMC and BBoyZ. But I had to quit at the time because of school and changing interests. Most people will not remember me from back then, I came back in 2020 to relive my experiences and nostalgia and I've stayed since then because I met a lot of new people who I can now call friends. Since coming back I've been consistently active and learning new things along the way.
Your strengths: I enjoy talking and helping people around me, it's one of the things I do both in real life and in the digital world. Since I've been playing here for a long time I've been able to help people and assist where needed. This allowed me to build friendships and join various groups and FBI in managing positions. I've been in these positions for a long period of time which made me very knowledgeable about server rules and management in the community. In return this also means I keep myself actively engaged with people from both cop and criminal side of the server. My unbiased approach ensures that everyone has always had an equal opportunity. Along with these strengths I would say that my active presence on both the forums and discord have further enabled me to understand the server mechanics and it's rules which I used to provide support where I could.
Your weaknesses: I'm aware that I can come across as direct at times which can be portrayed as rudeness. Over the years I've learned to recognize this and improve myself to avoid unnecessary complications. Your strengths: I like to believe that I have great problem solving skills, when having to deal with other people. I always try to fix issues and problems with the person in question myself before asking others to intervene with the issue, whether it be new or older players (un)knowingly doing things which they aren't supposed to do or if they don't know how things work around the server. My first reaction has always been to try and talk with people and teaching them a better way to ensure everyone has a pleasant experience playing on the server. During my time as HQ in various organisations and a squad I've always tried to treat everyone with the same amount of respect. Being unbiased and honest are in my opinion my two qualities which many people respect me for both in game and in real life. Not just this but also having enough patience with people who struggle in English communication have helped me become a good leadership figure and helped me contribute to other players in trying to achieve what they want. Being active both in game, forums and discord resulted in me having good knowledge of the community. I've joined many groups which have resulted in me talking and playing with lots of different people and making lots of new friends along the way. But it has also made me familiar with most if not all of the gameplay features and rules the server has to offer, even the lesser-known/unwritten ones. As I am a Urban Designer/Architect in real life one of my passions is with making new things, in MTA I've used the map editor for smaller and large structures and bases. While this isn't a requirement for CS it is something unique I wanted to mention.
Your weaknesses: When debating with others I may come off as strong and can be portrayed as a cunt, however this is not my intention. It has happened in the past and probably might happen in the future but my goal is never to attack people directly, but to solve the matter at hand in the most just way. I'm aware of this shortcoming and have learned how to handle myself better and portray more patience and be more communicative with others. If need be, I can also use intermediaries for resolving an issue if I feel that I may be getting too involved into the issue at hand.

Your strengths: I have been part of AA's HQ team for 3 years now. During that time I've learned to be strict when the circumstances call for it. I also know when to back down and resolve a problem with words, rather than causing more harm with unnecessary punishments. I tend to thoroughly analyze any given situation before making a decision. Your strengths: First of all I am talkative, which leads to resolving any troubles with talking. You may have noticed that I have never been part of a fight nor being disliked by anyone for a specific reason. That is because I am a chill guy and mature enough. Of course like anyone else I troll for fun but never taking it on the next level, that is why there are barely people getting mad at me when I troll. When I realise I cross a line I am solving the issue by saying that I am sorry. I am good at organizing things and pretty good at explaining things. It is something I am doing with or without being part of the Community Staff team. When people ask questions I tend to answer them right away , I don't troll new players with immature jokes like /quit or something like that. I am answering them seriously so they know that there are people willing to help them getting comfortable within the server. Another big strength of me is that I am active at hours where help is needed, In general I am active but being active at the hours some extra hands might be needed is an advantage. I wont list any in-game strengths which I find pretty unnecessary for this application
Your weaknesses: As I stated in the question above, I might some times take trolling too far, but I resolve the issue the moment it happens. A big weakness of me is that I tend to get mad when unfair things happen,that is mostly an out of game weakness but it has happened in-game also, used to happen when I was younger to be honest I haven't caught myself being "jealous" pr "mad" for a while now. Another weakness of me is that I postpone things in my life which is something I am working on to get better, it mostly happens because I lose focus. Happened a lot in my university years but I was able to control myself. There are more weaknesses on me like there are on many people, but I think those are the important ones you should know.

Reason for application: I believe I am a good fit to be part of the team mostly because of my strengths, also like most of the people I always wanted to achieve my "Ultimate Goal" in saes which was being part of the Admin team. I might wasn't successful in the past, but I believe I have brought myself into being someone that is a good fit. Unique qualities you can offer: Well, being talkative and cheerful can sort some things on itself. Even in the case I am successful this time I don't want to become someone that is not likeable by the community , It is not at the same scale of course but people tend to get a bit of a high ego when they acquire a rank or a spawn other don't, in my case that hasn't happened when I joined the lines of Desert Eagles which is a goal for a big group of the people playing. I believe people feel safe talking to me about all sort of things either they are for MTA, or their personal life. Now don't get me wrong I am not saying that every person should be the the psychologist of the community, I just think that is a unique quality of me that not many posses.

Additional information: Well, other than that I was studying for some years in the past. Studied Materials science of engineering and after that Computer Science. One admin jail because of a mistake I did while defending a Bank robbery ( Defended on first door on a county bank, after the first door was cracked), it was a mistake I can't remember if it was because I didn't remember the rule of defending on first door or because I didn't notice the first was cracked. In addition to my previous points, it is important to note the dedication and attachment that not only I but also many players have towards the server. SAES has become an integral part of our lives, a place we consistently return to despite exploring other games. The server holds a special significance in our memories, as most of us had been playing on it almost everyday at a certain point in time. The time spent playing, interacting, and keeping ourselves busy in the server has created definitely created lasting memories (good or bad, does not really matter) and connections. Quick Learner. I always look forward to learning new things whether what it may be. I can easily understand new information in a short amount of time aslong as its properly instructed to me in a way where details is not left out.
Stress Resistant. I'm good at being stress resistant and I can stay calm in stressful situations and maintain my work ability at a good level. Where I don't panic, I instead take a few deep breaths and continue calmly with what I'm doing
Eager to learn. While it might not seem like it. I'm very interested actually in anything that I comes across infront of me, and I'd more than likely learn more about it whether it may be an old history of some kind or a language that I find interesting. As I stated earlier, I do look forward to learning new things and this is because I do have the interest to learn things and ways how to work on. As I do also see improvements interesting because it brings new ways to work and new views to see things at a different way.
Meticulous. I'm very meticulous when I work on things and detailed, I want it to be top class on my projects that I hand in and on time. I can spend a little too much time on things because I want it to be perfect as I am a perfectionist when it comes to stuff that i enjoy and find fun.
Leader. I've always known that I'm quite a good leader and know who to put where and what. But the last few years, I've got the chance to become one of the group leaders at work. This skill has growth alot for during these last years by handling alot of people at once and still know how to get the job done and in time for the next shift and at the same time be calm and handle stressfully situations when stuff doesn't work out as it was originally planned and i need to find a new solution to work around that.
Active. I have been active for past 10 years with breaks but I have maintained consistent activity from last year and will continue to be one. Even though I work full time, I spend most of my free time watching the SAES discord/forums even if I don't write anything, I'm still there in the background. And when I have time, I sit down at my computer to log into the server.
Forum Experience. Over the years, I have had some forum moderator actions on various sections of the SAES Forum and I have also been in other communities and administrating their forum software, so I have some knowledge of administrating a forum.

Your weaknesses:

Multitasking. Unfortunately, I have a hard time doing too much at the same time. For example. if I have 2 conversations at the same time, I usually say the same thing to both parties, or I forget what I was going to tell both parties. And need to start over. So I stick to a maximum of one or two things at a time to maintain the quality. That said, I can have a discussion and play/sort other things at the same time. But I usually get stuck holding 2 conversations at the same time.
Shy. I can be a bit shy at first before I get comfortable with all the new people I don't know. But as soon as I'm comfortable, I can hardly stop talking. I can get comfortable with some very quickly depending on how they treat me.
Inconvenient working hours. Unfortunately, I work inconvenient working hours, which means that I only work nights / evenings every other week. But as I said before, most of my free time is spent on this community even though I work such crazy hours. I see this as quite a good opportunity for me as this role as I see both what happens during normal evenings and very dark times when no one else in the Clan is online and has their eyes open.

Reason for application: I am applying for Community Staff as I believe that I would be a good asset to the players and the community. Since my experience after all these years in this community, I have enough knowledge and experience to be able to help anyone who needs help with anything. I think it's fun to help other players with things they don't understand and can't solve. As I consider myself to be a problem solver, I enjoy solving riddles and problems where you have to think outside the box and succeed in a way that both parties are satisfied with what came out. I also see then that I play at such different times each week is also something that would help a lot as I have eyes on the players and the server during all possible time zones. Additional information: I think most people here already know who I am. But I'll do a little brief about who I really am. I'm Linus and I live in a medium-sized city in the middle of Sweden with my two cats, Lex & Lilo and my partner. Reason for application: To be honest, I find this question very meaningful. Because although this seems like a job that everyone would want from afar, I think it is a job that is undesirable by the majority. In fact, I think even some admins would like not to be admins. Therefore, the people who aspire here should not have any expectations of gaining fame and recognition. We need people who will put their heart into this job. Even if I don't know a subject at all, it doesn't take me much time to learn. I can detect quickly and solve the problem.
