It is not announced yet, i believe they will release it at late 2017 but that's what i think. It might be 2018 as well.
It is not remastered Warband. There are too much improvements on gameplay. I was going to write some of them but i'm too lazy for that atm xD Check the older videos, not just E3-2017.
Edit^^: Crafting system, siege equipments, realistic siege battles, taverns, new map, new kingdoms, miscellaneous quests and such.
They now use a new physics engine, it is not just graphic work. Not like hitting a wooden target board now xD There're lots of applicable battle tactics, formations and such. It looks like Total War battles if you ask me. For example, if your party goes to help some other army in a war, commander of assault(let's say another Lord of your kingdom) can command you to take all the cavalry units in the army(your cavalries, his and other Lords' cavalries) and lead them during the war. That's what they were showing in E3. That other guy in the middle of the screen(face icon) was commanding you to take the cavalries and flank the enemy from left f.e. I was always seeking for a game to command my army internally. I hope they can meet my expectations.
